We enjoyed very much our staying at Leonardo Otto Wagner. It's not in the middle of the city, so the price was cheaper, but surprinsingly its location was even better than any other hotel's one. With the U Metro and other excelent transportation means you can get in a few minutes to any place in town or even out of town. The staff was excelent, always ready to help with a smile, the room was equiped and clean enough, the wifi was impecable. In short, all we needed to make our staying in Viena a perfect one. Thanks to everyone

Everything was really nice, hotel is well placed, with a metro and tram stations really close. The room was clean and spacious, although it lacked a mini-fridge and some wardrobe, but it was not a big inconvenience. The breakfast was great. Nothing bad to mention tbh, I strongly recommend.

Clean room and big room, very helpful staff in the reception, good quality of breakfast, and the hotel is close to most metro and tram lines!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Leonardo City West Hotel in Vienna — truly everything about it was perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The entire hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to settle in right away. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom was pristine, and all the little details made the room feel like a home away from home. I also really appreciated how quiet it was — I slept amazingly well. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and cafés, making it simple to explore the city. Whether I was heading out for sightseeing or coming back to relax, everything felt convenient and stress-free. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. The experience from start to finish was flawless, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, very friendly staff

So, we had a little problem in our first night with the heating system. I might think that it was due to the conditions outside (very cold night) and the system wasn’t ready for that, but in the second night it was more manageable. I would consider a 24-25 degrees option for the system during the colder nights as it was our first one to keep the room temperature warmer. Other than that it was very nice and the view to the U6 bridge was amazing, I would recommend this hotel to all the train enthusiasts like me.

The staff was helpful and friendly, check-in and out was super fast and easy. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, just like our room. The facilities, such as coffe machine, safe, hairdryer was good to have. The minor issues: The shower part of the bathroom didn't have door, so water splashed everywhere. The main lamps were above our bed, so when we turned it on we were frequently blinded by it. the AC's max degree was on only 23°C, so in november it wasn't exactly warm in our room.

The staff was exeptionally helpful and polite. The bar & restaurant was very stylish. The room was good, sheets and towels were clean. We had a very pleasant stay. Would 100% recommend. The location is very comfortable.

Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel in good location, accessible to all public transportation within few minutes! Room amenities are good. Bedding was comfy! Nice Velvet touch! Thanks to all the staff for the care.

I had a good time at Leonardo Hotel Vienna City West. The room was clean, AC and wifi worked perfectly. The hotel is quite close to public transport stations and from there, it is convenient to reach the city center.

Was clean, calm, no noise from the street, great location close to metro and supermarket.

Overall it was good.We came earlier and they give us a room instead of waiting until 15h.Stuff is really nice and friendly,room was good.WiFi little slow.I will recommend this hotel.

Pleasant stay near local Trains and Trams. Friendly professional staff.

Excelent experience. We arrived before check-in time, but the receptionists immediately let us into the room, gave us directions for breakfast, and about parking the car.Nice guy. Special mention to the people at the Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hauptbahnhof where we first arrived. They checked our reservation, told us where to get to another location and let us leave the parking lot without paying.

Absolutely brilliant stay at the Leonardo. I wouldn't expect anything better. Room was fantastic - comfy bed with all tha facility you really need. Staff professional and very helpful - thank you guys. Next time i know where i want to be to have chill time. Respect!

It was our first time traveling to Vienna, it is super well located, very easy to get there, close to everything we did, very clean, every one was friendly. Excellent location and totally recommend it

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is, if not better, just as good as advertised. The staff at the reception (the only ones that we've interacted with) are wonderful people. Maybe increase the number of the cleaning staff.

The receptionists were so nice, they helped to get our room earlier because of our early arriving. They gave us coffee and tea while we were waiting and were really nice and welcoming. Thank you again!

Very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Generally conditions were very nice. Cark park could be signed better. And it was extra paid although we had understood that it would be included in the prize. The water from the shower was spilling to whole bathroom.

The bathroom door was designed terribly. In addition, I personally found the separation of the sink from the toilet very inconvenient and unhygienic. I was also bothered by the fact that in the area (mainly near the nearest metro station) there were suspicious people hanging around, looking like drug addicts and alcoholics. However, this is not the hotel's fault
