- Saturday – Sunday: 07:00am – 09:00pm (last entry 08:00pm)
- Bank Holidays: 08:00am – 08:00pm (last entry 07:00pm)
Gym
Our state-of-the-art gym is equipped with Technogym machines and a range of functional equipment, including weights, to support your fitness goals. Personal trainers are available for additional motivation (charges apply).
Note: No under-18s allowed. Lockers in changing rooms require pound coins.
Swimming Pool
Take a dip in our 15m heated indoor pool. Unwind in our spa pool, perfect for muscle relaxation and stress relief. Take a break on our cosy poolside loungers for the ultimate downtime. Relax and rejuvenate in our steam room, designed to ease your breathing and refresh your senses. Our sauna is ideal for soothing muscles and detoxifying the skin. Children's Swim Times: Monday-Friday: 8am-9.30am & Saturday and Sunday: 8am-11am.
