Our four-star hotel is just 10-15 minutes from Oxford city centre, with easy transport links including a bus stop right outside, providing direct access to the city. Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is also easily accessible by car via the A34, A44, and M40. Oxford Railway Station is a 15-minute drive or 25 minutes by bus, and the closest airport is London Heathrow. 

Parking Details 

We offer 250 parking spaces, including 6 accessible bays. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Please note, we introduced a third party to manage our car park from 19th November. The cost is £8 per night, with the following tariffs: 

Parking Rates for Blue Badge Holders - 

• £4 - up to 4 hours 
• £6 - up to 12 hours 
• £8 - up to 24 hours 

Parking Rates:

• £4 – up to 4 hours
• £6 – up to 8 hours
• £8 – up to 24 hours

Getting to the City Centre from the Hotel: 

Walking: About 1 hour via Woodstock Road or the canal towpath. 

Car: Parking in the city is limited. We recommend Oxford Westgate car park. 

Taxi: A taxi ride costs around £11, depending on traffic. The reception team can arrange one for you. 

Bus: The number 35 departs every 20 minutes from Mere Road, around the corner from the hotel, and takes about 30 minutes to reach the city centre. 

Electric Vehicle Charging 

We do not currently offer electric vehicle charging. The nearest charging points are 0.6 miles away at Peartree Services (OX2 8JD), which provides CCS, Type 2, and CHAdeMO chargers. Visit Zap-Map for more details.
