• Once parked, open the NCP app, select the car park and press ‘Pay Now’.
• Select a duration and pay on the app (the promo code will be applied); your parking session will start. If staying more than 24 hours, the app will notify you to renew your session after the initial period
• Pedestrian access to/from the car park is unrestricted
• On departure, drive out, ensuring this is prior to your session expiring
