I’ve stayed in many different hotels around the island and this stay was one of the best. Such a great location, easy check in, clean room, quirky shower room in the hotel room, comfy beds, quick WiFi, efficient maid service - everything was great. I received some help from different reception staff at different times and they were all so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely return to this hotel and definitely recommend it to others! We had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We had a great evening at the roof top party also. Rooms were cleaned every day. Hotel is just a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely hotel especially being adults only, not too big. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely come back again.

Very clean and modern hotel, smiling staff,delisious food.The location is great- 150 m to the bus station and 5-6 min walk to the port.

Good stay

Reception and service staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful from the moment of check in to check out. Hotel was great, ideal location, pool was lovely and rooms were really nice. Breakfast was very good and pool bar service also great. Would visit again!

My friend and I stayed for a week and everything was fabulous from check-in to departure. The rooms were in good condition, stylish and clean. The coffee machine was great.The sea view from the balcony was a bonus too. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. There was a great chilled vibe and it was nice that it was adults only. Great music and a very good pool side bar for cocktails. The rooftop bar was fabulous for the sunset. Shame that it wasn't open very night. The breakfast section was good and we ate lunch there once, which was also very nice. The area is nice, the beaches and the port. We also used the Nice supermarket around the corner and the deli supermarket over the road for a few snacks The bus to the airport was very convenient and a trip up to beautiful Palma made for a great week. To top it off the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Lovely hotel which had a good vibe and loved we loved the adult only option. Breakfast and lunch very good quality. Drinks at pool bar over priced - more people would purchase if a more favourable price was offered to customers. No advantage discount offered. A book swap/exchange area would be a benefit.

Hotel was really nice and clean. The pool and pool area could’ve been cleaner but overall very good, offered free pool towels to use which was nice. WiFi was not the best but room really nice good shower and bathroom. Staff were overall very friendly and helped us order a taxi every night and could leave our cases at reception while we chilled at the pool

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the room was spotless and serviced every day. The pool area, although quite small, was lovely with very comfortable sun loungers. The food and beverages at the pool bar were excellent and the staff also excellent, they couldn’t be more helpful and very pleasant.

Paula (I think that was her name) who worked in the restaurant and serving breakfast was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

The hotel, location, cleanliness was excellent. The staff were lovely however there was one member of the team which was the female pool attendant……you come away to relax and this girl was utterly rude and even when I put my towels on bed and went to have my breakfast removed my towels when there was other beds available……as soon as anyone moved she was up and removing peoples towels and belongings. I’m not one to hog the sunbeds but it’s disgusting that you can’t even go to the toilet or go and spend your money in the restaurant without having your towels removed. Also the fact the pool doesn’t open while 10.30am I feel is too late as when on holiday you are up, breakfast and around the pool to relax your day. I work in customer services and I would never treat anyone like that. She did have a particularly favourite couple as she left their belongings when they moved. If it was for this pool saga I would have give. 10/10 but this particular member of the team is letting the whole team down

We enjoyed our stay here, perfectly situated for the port, lovely staff, incredibly clean and comfortable would certainly stay again.

A fabulous gem Boutique Hotel in a great location only 5 minutes walk to Portals Portals.

We've stayed at Leonardo Boutique Hotel for one week. The hotel is very nice and has a great location (15min away from Palma, 5min walk to the port/beach). The staff is what makes this hotel stand out the most. During our trip to Mallorca, our backpack got stolen with our wallets (ID & bank cards) and phones in it. The staff at the hotel was unbelievebly helpful and let us use the hotel phone anytime we wanted. Jordi, one of the staff who worked at reception in particular, was amazing and always greated everybody with a big smile and great energy. He was the one who helped us the most and made everything incredibly easy during a very uncomfortable situation. I would recommend this hotel to everybody I know.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The only disappointment was the shower head was difficult to adjust either very hot or very cold. The shower leaked a lot of water and for some reason the shower for the swimming pool wasn't working.

Upon arrival we got a free upgrade to a suite, the room was gorgeous and extremely clean. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and friendly. We booked in on the 17th in the evening time and the same gentleman also informed us of the complimentary shower that was available. He also helped us get taxis most nights aswell. His friendly charisma is a credit to your hotel. As a group of young girls we felt very safe in this area. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at the Leonardo. Couldn't fault it in any way. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area and only wish we could have taken advantage of the rooftop bar. Its a minor point but we weren't allowed to pay for an upgrade because we'd booked through a third party, and it would have been nice to have been on a higher floor. Marianna was great and helped us - she deserves a shout out!

We really liked the new look hotel. We stayed before it was taken over and it has definitely improved. We had a junior suite with free cava and chocolates which was lovely. The room was really pleasantk with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The only draw back was the shower. It had zero gradient which meant the sink area and wardrobe area were easily flooded. Very small shabby balcony but other than that really lovely room with a great view. O only other complaint was the fun police around the pool. Hubby dived in. He is a great swimmer but was instantly reprimanded by someone who didn’t speak our language. In an international Hotel I would’ve thought English speaking staff a must ? Someone else dived in but nothing was said to them. We did. Feel somewhat singled out. We were having a good time but we weren’t being loud. Just enjoying ourselves. Road noise definitely an issue in what’s meant to be a relaxing hotel but managed to filter it out. So overall a really nice short stay. I would definitely consider it for longer stays.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Closely located to the Marina, the staff are friendly and welcoming and ever so helpful. I will definitely revisit.
