Amazing Hotel staff. The hotel reception staff helped a lot. When we arrived in Madrid, We were in trouble and feeling down but the guy always cared and supported us. We’ll never forget this kindness. definitely stay at this hotel again when go to Madrid. Thank you so much!!

Booked this hotel as part of a wider trip, needed somewhere close to both the airport and Charmartin station. This was a few Metro stops away from Charmartin. Good local Bars, cafes and restaurants so we ate at them rather than the hotel. The main Real Madrid Football stadium isn't far to walk to. Hotel was Ok for a couple of nights, Wifi wasn't great, unable to send an attachment over it. Due to unforeseen circumstance, we had to leave a day earlier than we had booked to, didn't get a refund as booked Non Refundable room. However the circumstances were not of our doing (a National Rail RENFE strike had been called) and we had to get to Valencia before the Saturday morning.

A nice location near Estadio Santiago Bernabéu for football fans. Especially if you are already familiar with the city of Madrid. It is in a peaceful area with local restaurants and cafés and within walking distance of the football stadium. Although a few kilometers from the Madrid Centro, it is easily reachable on foot or by metro.

We booked this hotel due to location and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcomed! Room was modern, clean, and amazing! The balcony was great but too bad it was cold. My gf loved the candy bar, it was a great touch. Happy to have stayed with us!

Great hotel, lively atmosphere in the lobby area. The room was small but perfectly fine for a one night stay. The staff were happy and friendly. I would use this hotel again when visiting Madrid.

Hotel located in walking distance to my office which was very convenient. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Hotel a little qwerky and different from your general hotels that I usually stay in, which I really liked. Sweet stall, arcade games and table football all part of the hotel. Bar had great collection of drinks and prices reasonable compared to most hotels I've stayed in. Strongly recommend.

LUGAR TRANQUILO Y AGRADABLE. RECOMENDABLE

I choose this hotel as I've stayed in the London brunch and to celebrate my sons 11th birthday. The hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff particularly the gentleman who checked us in, because he upgraded our room as it was my sons birthday. This made son's day. Not to forget the breakfast staff who gave us a tray of treats and a card for his birthday. It's the little things that count and this truly stood out for my son. I'm sorry I didn't get any names but I do hope you receive the feedback. The hotel is well looked after and I loved the art decor. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The hotel has great transport links and lots of restaurants and to the football stadium. We had a great time thank you for adding to the experience. I've also stayed at 2 other Leonardo spa hotels in London and this one outshines them by far.

Jorge and the guy who look like drake (so sorry can’t remember his name!!) were amazing !!! I’m so thankful for people like them. Upon arrival they were extremely welcoming. Helped me out in all I needed and more ! Even charging my phone … telling where to go for a bite etc. Love this team at the front desk!

Five days in a very welcoming hotel with great staff who are helpful at any moment.very clean ambience and a very good breakfast with many choices, especially in the health corner. Bravo to all. First time here but, probably now, not the last. Great job!

Everything was great, from the reception staff to the beautiful room and amazing lobby with a bar. Hotel is very modern and I will definitely stay there again when I visit Madrid.

My experience at the hotel improves with each stay. The Hotel Manager, Vanessa, is doing a great job coordinating and managing the staff. The Christmas decorations are very nice too! I'm looking forward to my next stay with you.

Good location, smart bar, decent breakfast

Very helpful lady at the breakfast restaurant in the mornings & afternoon. The staff at the bar were very friendly too. All staff were happy to help and were very nice and friendly. I will be returning back in the future.

It was very close to the Santiago Bernabéu, the room were very nice and the you had lots of food to choose from during breakfeast. The reception staff was nice so was the bar staff, the bar staff was ready with our drinks in a short time.

The room was clean and the hotel was welcoming. I would totally return someday!

Modern facilities,very helpful and accomodating staff,clean,quiet

As a returning client, and having had an excellent experience last time, my expectations were high. I was assigned a bigger room than last time, with lots of space and better lighting. I always appreciate the convenience of the coffee machine in the room. Additionally, the bathroom was in excellent condition—super clean and neat. The only remark I have is that on my check-out day, the hairdryer was malfunctioning (I forgot to mention it on my way out). Thank you for the welcoming service, and congratulations to the team for the excellence they provide.

We loved the hotel. The style is fabulous, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cool and spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread was amazing. The location is great, easy access to tube stations and other transports. If I’m in Madrid I will be staying at NYX again. In fact, from now onwards wherever I go I will look for a Leonardo hotel.

A quirky art hotel in Madrid a little north of the city. Clean rooms, helpful staff, cool rooftop pool. Would be good of the pool was warmed. Lovely bar stuff at the pool had a good laugh with him. Bathroom needs to offer more toilet paper not just one roll a day. The housekeeping is done regularly. Check out is an excellent time and suits most families. Overall great stay and would recommend

All things are great but 2 small things that I would check to be a bit better. When I booked the hotel on booking there was no information regarding that the balcony would not be possible to smoke, not a big problem because the hotel has proper facilities to provide a space for smokers. But it will be nice during the booking to have that information so the balcony is just a unnecessary plus. (Also I also possible missed that information, just double check) So the water in the room is great in pressure, but there is a temperature change every 30 seconds on the bath, so sometimes you can burn (can be a room problem 707). The staff is great, a excellent hotel, will come back in the future, thank you :) please continue with the great service.
