Hotel has nice and fancy decor. Very modern looking, really liking the aesthetics, especially the retro arcade machines. They are functioning ones as well. My only complaint was how small the rooms are. Very tight on space, especially if you have a medium to large sized luggage. I really like the body wash in the bathroom. Smells amazing. Would recommend this hotel for stay if you are going to watch the game at the Bernabeau nearby.

I've stayed in this hotel before and chose this for my recent stay, because its great. Could do with some more plant based options on the menu, but it is Spain and they are very big meat eaters.

The hotel was ideally situated for are trip to see Real Madrid ,friendly staff and a good vibe.

Excellent atmosphere and excellent location for those looking to be close to the stadium. The room size is very small.

I had to sit on the bed to use the desk. maybe a confortable chair would be better and more space between the bed and the desk Reception could be more kind Everything else great! Thank you

I like the hotel and the proximity to the business area of Madrid. In general it was good, they also improved my room size at no cost. The staff was helpful and polite.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, despite arriving early we were able to check in. jorge was so lovely even from contacting him via booking.com days before arriving. He knew us straight away and was very helpful. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the metro & we had a wonderful stay, thank you for your hospitality.

Good in parts poor in others

My second stay in a bigger room - turned out it was only the terras that was the extra space - but it was nice! The rooms are clean, looking nice, but small. The bed was excellent (medium hard). The paintjob looks a little fastly done - especially in the bathroom. Parking just below hotel - more expensive than public, but very easy. Nice bar with all kinds of drinks. Only bad thing to say is that the breakfast food is often cold - especially when there is not a huge replacement due to early morning or few guests. But all very good quality. A gym would be nice as the only thing missing. Will come back.

The staff were very kind and friendly, always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk to the metro lines that take you to the center of Madrid, and about a 10 minute walk from the stadium. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel and all person working on it are special, flexbile, very professional and my experience was incredible .

Great location and a short walk to the Bernabéu and Metro stations. Loads of great restaurants and bars nearby. Shame about the experience with the reception staff, but good stay otherwise.

Fabulous hotel as second time stayed there. Fab breakfast and staff friendly and helpful. Only gripe was the shower would fluctuate from boiling hot to freezing cold, from the perfect temperature.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everyone was very kind, and the hotel is beautiful and modern. I would like to give a special thank you for the birthday note and the delicious dessert left in our room for my fiancé, Lucas. He was celebrating his birthday on our check-in day, during our first time in Madrid, which made it a very special moment for us. You truly surprised us and made it even more memorable. Very clean hotel. Beds and towels made and changed daily. Very quiet room. The room was smaller than expected but okay for three nights. Excellent breakfast although was 20 euros each. Child was free otherwise would have been too expensive for us. Location was close to the airport: 15mins by taxi. Taxi stand outside was ideal throughout the stay.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and my little brother really enjoyed the stay. I truly appreciated the professional and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Hotel was nice and the room was cozy. Internet worked fine in my hotel room. The vegan options in hotel receptions were better than I expected (Spain being not that vegan-friendly in general..). Thank you for providing soy milk and oat milk. Would be nice if there's also some other plant based proteins available.

Great stay close to buses and centre

The hotel is nice. The room was even more of a surprise, they've set up a table for my birthday package quite nicely with a special greeting card from the hotel. It is a very nice hotel with many facilities.

Very nice hotel, it felt like a relief to come here after a few nights in the city center. The area is nice and quiet, with all the major chains close by for those who want to shop, and a pleasant street life in the evenings. Nicely decorated, quiet hotel rooms with quiet and efficient AC, cool lounge and restaurant. Very friendly and hospitable staff. A hotel I would gladly return to!

Great location for catching the metro, into central Madrid. Lots of shops and bakeries nearby, yet in a Quiet and peaceful area. Staff were lovely from the outset. We went out mostly but the interaction we did have was helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid.

This hotel is located in a very quiet area, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms is very clean and the pool is not too crowded. Really comfortable.

Lovely hotel with caring and attentive staff. Lots of free and generous touches .. water and fruit station.. candy sweet cart, toiletries and tea coffee in room.. Pool clean.. drinks well priced.

The hotels decor is very funky and makes it more interesting than a everyday hotel.Love the iced water,free fruit and free tea and coffee area also the free candy cart was a hit with the kids ,sadly I missed out.

I stayed at NYX Hotel Madrid for three days during a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a nice terrace that adds a great touch. The location is convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Went for a night with to teenangers. Cool and hip hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, nice rooftop with pool. Some arcade and fussball in lobby. Love that it’s near the metrolines connected with train terminal and city center :) walking distance to Santiago Bernabéu!! If you have booked the smallest room, ask to not get the ones in the stairway. At night it can be loud, with people arriving! Would stay again !!

Location very nera to metro station. Cleanless on very high level. Very helpfull personel. Hope will be back to this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, around 8 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. Alina at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional — without hesitation, she welcomed us and allowed us to check in early. After a long journey, this gesture meant the world to us. The room was clean and comfortable, and Alina's warmth made us feel right at home from the very start. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to help truly stood out and made our stay special. Everything is good , my bathroom fucet has some problem, they responded and resolved very quickly the breakfast is very good the surrounding environment is safe and quiet,easy to access metro to the major tourist attraction
