The largest suite can comfortably host over 650 guests in theatre-style seating, while two other spacious suites are ideal for events with up to 500 attendees. Additionally, there are four smaller suites, each designed to hold over 150 guests, making them perfect for more intimate meetings or seminars. The Paris and London Suites can accommodate up to 350 guests in a cabaret-style setup, or up to 650 guests for theatre-style presentations. The Lakeside Suite offers breathtaking views of the lake and includes a private bar, making it an ideal choice for weddings or corporate receptions, with space for up to 180 guests. For larger informal gatherings or exhibitions, the Rotunda Suite provides a versatile space that can accommodate over 400 guests standing. 
 
In addition to these meeting rooms, the hotel offers a unique Training Suite located on the top floor. This standalone, private area is designed specifically for offsite training and team-building events. The suite includes a dedicated boardroom and three syndicate rooms, ideal for smaller breakout sessions. There are two main training rooms: the Bonneville Suite, with a capacity for 22 people, and the Daytona Suite, which can accommodate up to 20 delegates. Guests can also enjoy the modern Divinctus Lounge, which serves as a contemporary breakout space for refreshment breaks, private dining, or reception drinks.
