Spa
The spa is open to adults from 6:30 am to 10 pm on weekdays (Monday to Thursday), 6:30 am to 10 pm on Fridays, and 8 am to 8 pm on weekends and bank holidays. The last entry is 45 minutes before closing.
Pool
Children can access the pool from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 3 pm to 7 pm on weekdays, and 9 am to 6 pm on weekends and bank holidays. Please note, under-16s must be supervised by an adult, with a maximum of two children per adult.
Hotel guests and members should bring towels from their rooms or home. Towels are available for rent at Juvenate Health and Leisure reception for £1.
Gym
Our state-of-the-art gym is equipped with the latest Precor equipment for both cardio and strength training. Teenagers aged 13 to 16 can use the gym following a full induction with a qualified instructor and must be accompanied by an adult.
