General Information

• The hotel offers 8 accessible rooms (with balconies), including accessible bathrooms with grab bars next to the toilet and a foldable shower seat.
• An underground parking facility is available on-site. Parking for high vehicles with lifts is available at the hotel entrance. The hotel features accessible entrance and exit doors.
• All public areas and hotel restaurants are fully accessible.
• The hotel elevators are equipped with a destination control system, visual displays, and an audio announcement option. An accessible button is available for elevator use, and inside the elevator, an audio system announces each floor.
• The swimming pool is located on the lobby level and can be accessed via a flat, step-free surface suitable for wheelchair users. A pool lift is available; please contact the lifeguard for assistance. The pool also includes steps with handrails. Accessible restrooms and showers are available in the pool area.
• The spa area is accessible and can be reached by elevator.
• The hotel reception desk includes an accessible check-in station.
• Hearing assistance systems are installed at the reception desk and in public areas. In addition, the hotel can provide in-room hearing assistance systems upon request and with prior coordination.
• During busy periods, priority is given to early check-in and check-out.
• Guide dogs are permitted throughout all hotel areas.
