Had to stay unexpectedly for 2 nights because of flight disruption. I really liked the easy access to the airport, busses, walking possibilities and shuttle. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast could have been a little bit more interesting…… I will certainly go again if I am stuck at the airport.

Spent the night with the family before flying out the next day. Hotel is clean, well kept, it's close to the airport, and everything is quiet. Negatives: pillows weren't comfortable for me, cleaning staff entered room in the morning (twice), waking up everyone.

Very good overall comfort in the room, comfortable bed, good cushions, convenient light, discreet decoration and size of the room. Good towels and linen selection, comfortable and soft materials, nice soap option but I would expect a body lotion not only shower and hand soap. The coffee machine had problems, didn’t work and it was not cleaned, also one of the cups missed cleaning. Good breakfast, good bread selection, nice hot options, great coffee, tea and chocolate and delicious yogurt and fruit combinations, only the cheese selection it was not according to the rest, very basic on the types and presentation I would expect more cared selection and presentation, also the light on the products could be improved. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

Reception team sens of hospitality can be improved. Parking for guests could be offered or at least better pricing (chf 25.- per night is high.) Especially when you stay >1 night Else nothing to say will come back !

Very comfortable room with a great price. Room overlooked city and airport view yet was completely soundproof. Bed was wonderful. A new go to hotel next to the Zurich airport.

The staff at the reception were most helpful and guided us on how to use the travel App to tour around Zurich. They were patient and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We booked a room with a sitting area. The room was nice with sufficient space. I enjoyed the apples that were served at the reception.

I loved this hotel! The shower is beautiful. Everything was super clean. Tons of different lighting throughout the room. Extremely friendly staff everywhere. Super helpful as well :) Breakfast was delicious with so many different options including the juices! So worth it! The bus stop is right outside and is less than a 5 minute ride from the airport which was so nice after such a long flight. When it was time to leave I jumped back on it and it takes you to all the trains, buses back at the airport whether you’re going to Zurich HB or further. What a great start to my vacation :). Thank you!

We just came by spontaneously after our initial booking in the neighbouring hotel turned out to be erroneous. The staff was really nice and helped us to remove our concerns. Although the rate per night is quite high, we really appreciated the high standard of the rooms. The rooms are luxurious and really comfortable and the breakfast was divine. Thanks a lot!

Only thing I recommend is to provide more lighting option in the room. Despite switching on all lights, brightness was low at least for me.

The property was clean and sharp, just like the photos. The room was tight but comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower, the bed was comfy, and the storage was abundant. The two things that would have made our stay better were if there was better air flow in the room as it gets kind of stuffy, and that they had some scale available to weigh luggage as we had a bag close to the max and no way to figure out at the hotel and had to deal with it at the airport. A cost efficient handheld luggage scale would have been perfect to use at the front desk to check our suitcase. No-the-less, it was a great hotel stay that was a quick and safe walk to & from the airport.

I wish if you can improve more on the food selection and the TV channels

Good location, quiet enough to not be bothered by airport, but still 5min bus ride away from airport, or 20min from the city center by public transport. Many restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms feel very new, the bed is also good quality. Friendly stuff, quick and easy check-in and check-out. The wifi also worked without any hassle, no account or anything special required, which is very welcome.

Helpful and friendly check in and restaurant staff. The receptionist arranged to airport shuttle which was prompt and efficient.

Everything about the hotel was excellent - room, proximity to the airport, staff. My only issue was the lack of an airport shuttle for early morning flights. I assume many people overnight there en route to the airport so it would be good to have shuttles available from very early morning.

Property exceeded expectations - beautiful public spaces, fantastic accommodation, wonderful staff and great rate! Will recommend to friends and family and hope to return one day myself.

Just stay like this and it's excellent

The hotel is conveniently located, with a bus stop to Zurich Flughafen less than 500 metres away and frequent bus services. The hotel appears new and is clean and well maintained.

I was there for only about 6 hours before a flight from the airport, but everything went fine. The bus connection to the airport is very fast and convenient; there's no point in bothering with shuttles or taxis.

An amazing hotel with an easy journey by bus ( many to choose from) from the airport/ train station. The staff must have the credit for making this hotel so special. We’re from Australia and have been nomadic for 5 years. This hotel stands out . Nothing beats an excellent welcome and made to feel important. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. My only minor issues were the lack of choice for vegans at breakfast and the fact the shower dripped constantly all night which was kind of annoying. The hotel was very comfortable, warm and clean. Plenty of lighting too!

We were delighted by our stay and were only sad that we didn’t get to enjoy our room for longer. We were upgraded to a room on the 4th floor. It’s the ideal place to stay for an early morning flight - just a 3 minute bus ride from the airport and the buses are very frequent. Our room was large and nicely decorated with modern alpine touches and had a safe, fridge, large TV and Nespresso machine. Totally soundproof. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were huge, soft and fluffy. Check out was as simple as handing back the key card to a very cheerful gentleman. We’d definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and very attractive. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was really good. Getting to and from the hotel was easy. We were only able to stay one night, but we had a very good impression of the place. It was a great value for the price.

I always like to use this hotel as it is always clean, well located, and economical for Swiss standards. An extra plus was being welcomed by Karim this last time. He is a real asset to your hotel. Efficient. Professional and very welcoming. His kindness was authentic. And once again our stay was just perfect. All your staff are very kind and welcoming. That’s why I keep returning and recommending your hotel to others.

The major problem was the rate of money i had to pay for one night parking, allought i was the hotel guest

Good bus connections from airport and nice room. It has a minibar for your own products and safe. Because I do not want use capsule coffee maker, they friendly borrowed me a kettler, as I always bring with me instant coffee bags.
