Well located and clean room. Higher recommended when you visit Zurich. Bus stop near the hotel. Reasonable price with good facilities and clean room. You can arrange shuttle to airport at a small fee.

Really comfy mattresses and pillows, I had a nice sleep. Nice staff. The only issues that we had are the door of the bathroom doesn't close and open properly and Hairdrier didn't work whilst in heated mode.

You can't just push two twin beds together, with separate bedding, and pass it off as a double bed. Especially with tile/marble floors. I actually fell between the two mattresses onto the floor, pushing the beds apart and knocking over the lamp and night stand. If you advertise a double bed it needs to be one frame and one mattress twice the size of a twin bed.

ok, for next time i will arrange my time for check-in ;-) on check-out, business address which was written on online check-in must be on the invoice automatic, this take a long time until the staff get the business address on the invoice!

As a pilot, I have been to the Leonardo Zurich Airport several times and each time I was particularly impressed by the perfect service and the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Many thanks and best regards to the whole team. :-)

Everything was perfect, from the location to the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, the drinks at the bar, the snacks, free wifi etc. etc. Highly recommended!

Excellent. I booked the hotel but not realizing you have 3 in the Zurich. I came to the one I always stay at, Zurich Airport and when checking in Manish told me I had booked at the one in Zurich city. BUT he was able to switch my stay to the airport Hotel. He was very very helpful in making that happen, otherwise I would have had to get back on the train and head back into the city. Next time I’ll double check my reservation before clicking! THANK YOU AGAIN MANISH for going above and beyond and thank you Leonardo Hotel Zurich Airport, all my stays have been fantastic and you have super people working for you. Christmas is coming, I think Manish should get a Christmas bonus!!! :). See you again in 2025!

pleasant stay in a modern well-equipped room with great bathroom; pillows could be better and bed very firm

We were treated well by the hotel staff and impressed by the well-appointed lobby. The rooms were clean, modern, and very spacious. The only think keeping me from giving the hotel a 10 was the bed. It was terrible. My wife compared it to sleeping on cardboard wrapped in a noisy plastic. My parents were in the room next store and did not have a similar experience, so maybe it was bad luck? Outside of the bed, everything met or exceeded expectations. We were a little disappointed that we could not walk from where we arrived by train at the Zurich Airport station. It may be possible, but we and Google Maps couldn't find a safe path. We chose Uber, in the end. We also used Uber to return to the airport, as it is half the price of the hotel shuttle.

Great hotel to stay at for a night to explore the city having an early morning flight the day after Beds were a little disappointing as the mattresses were quite hard but staff said they are brand new Overall a great find

I had a very good experience after having my flight cancelled. Staff, amenities, breakfast, and cleanliness were all excellent. The only gap I found was the comfort of the bed which is tad tough. Save for that everything else is excellent.

Great hotel to stay in when coming into Zurich. It will not disappoint!

At London's Heathrow I always stay at the Leonardo because it is so close to the airport. The same is true for the Zurich Airport. It is only a five-minute taxi to the terminal, and that is very important when flying out. Rooms are always in good order and the staff has good information about where to eat that is close by.

Lovely modern hotel a long walk from Zurich airport. Only minor complaint: Old fashioned shower head placement which is too low for hair washing!

As usual a short stay and again a confirmation of the excellent and reliable quality of the stay at the Leonardo Airport Hotel in Zurich. The distance from the airport makes it a very convenient location for an early or late flight. The Roman and bathrooms are well fitted and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and professional. Am very satisfied and will sojourn again.

Very accessible to train, bus and airport. The room was already available when we checked in, 2 hours ahead from check in hours. Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Gave us ample time to relax before our afternoon’s activity. Our second day of stay was rainy. Hotel gave us umbrella to use. We were thankful for the staff’s gesture of readiness and helpfulness.

Only spent one night in this hotel, but it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to others traveling in and out of Zurich. The shuttle to the airport was on time and simple.

Great stay, convenient, not noisy, very comfortable and walkable to airport or regular buses. Small evening menu but good food.
