Very good Hotel for events,

The breakfast team showed memorable hospitality.

The lady who checked me in was very helpful, friendly and kind, I wish you noted her name. She was youmg, blonde hair and think her name was something like Laurencic? Anyhow, I would like her to be congratulated. She was very helpful and enthusiastic and set the tone for the rest of the stay. All elements of the stay, the room, the gym, the conference facilities, the bar, the food for the conference, the coffees and snacks, were excellent. The people who work and run this hotel were all very helpful and willing even if they were busy or under pressure. Well done Leonardo! This was super.

This is my third time staying here. Everything is always clean and professional. I enjoy the quality. I recommended this place to multiple people who all had good experiences. Ive stayed in multiple rooms, and each time was good and accommodating. Everyone is pleasant from the staff including the front desk and cleaning staff. Only thing I can complain about is the bathroom doors being sliding glass, especially when having friends in the room or visiting a friend's room.

For the past few months, I have been trying to find a hotel with the right services, staff, and atmosphere. Finally, surprised by Leonardo. Small things make a big difference. From the personal approach to the services, pleasant atmosphere, and excellent value for money. I will gladly return here. Thank you!

All very good as per comments above. One improvement potential is in the fitness room - there is only one treadmill and it is probably the most popular piece of equipment! There is room for another, would be great if one was added.

Very caring and considerate staff.

It's a close to perfect hotel: everything that you would expect from a perfect hotel including location close to main roads and public transport. The only minus is parking for cars above 1,9m height which do not fit into the garage. There's only very limited space outside uncovered for such cars.

Excellent hotel - Suggestions for improvement: 1) Make it 2 bottles of water per day per room, 2) better pillows, 3) toothbrush , slippers at the room are a must.

Loved it

This was our last holiday before getting the keys to our new house. The quality of our room was excellent. The bar had a great selection of food and drink. We loved the decorations all around the hotel and the reception staff were great at answering any question we had about our stay. The location was great for the hotel, right beside a train station which we used every day to go in to the Christmas Markets in Marienplatz. I would recommend this hotel to a friend

All was very good and comfortable stay

Everything was excellent, except that this hotel is not suitable for people who want privacy in the bathroom, don’t want to hear the sounds and don’t want to be disturbed at night by light coming from the bathroom and toilet. The sliding glass doors may look stylish, but it squeaks a bit, so it wakes up the person I’m sharing the room with. even though the food was excellent, I don’t want to come back here because of this.

The shower in the bedroom bathroom wasn't working properly. The water jets were coming out from above the showerhead.

Leonardo chain hotels have never disappointed me. High standards and quality. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Convenient transportation to the city. Only there are no cafes or shops near the hotel.

Room Quiet for sleep, but a little chilly otherwise inviting ambiance. Breakfast selections and varieties waoh’d me.

I'll start from the beginning, since I makes pre Check-in are check in in hotel was quick and easy. We booked a family room for four. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Since we arrived late, we went down to the lobby for dinner. The dinner was good and tasty. The price was reasonable. The lobby is very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Everyone will find something to suit their taste. I want to especially note the location of the hotel. Although it seems remote, it is a 2-3-minute walk to the metro station, and you can reach the city center in 15 minutes without transfers. We were there during Oktoberfest, and we also got there without transfers, two stops further. I'm leaving such a detailed review because I think the hotel has an unfairly low rating.

I stayed a few days in this hotel for a conference (also hosted in the hotel). the hotel looks nice and well maintained. Also some nice details towards the Olympic station nearby. The stay was very pleasant. If I may share 1 point for improvement: The pillows were not comfortable for me personally.

I highly recommend this hotel for business and families. Beautiful location near the Olympic Stadium and the metro. Peace and quiet, well done!

My stay at your hotel was truly pleasant. The staff were exceptionally supportive and accommodating. Despite my early morning arrival, they kindly arranged an early check-in with a smooth and efficient process, and the same level of convenience was offered during checkout. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and the bar offers a great atmosphere with a relaxed, modern vibe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

High quality hotel located at Olympic Park. U-bahn station right next to it, that takes you to the center of the city and Old Town in 15 minutes. Very good breakfast.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty and with a lot of options and the staff was very helpful.

Stayed here for the superbloom festival. Great location for the park and very close to the underground to Munich centre. Very clean, good size room. The glass bathroom door and that it doesn't lock might not be good for some guests. Think it's strange that you have to pay extra for the sauna as a hotel guest. Would recommend to others.

Stay was great as always. Especially the breakfast staff and food selection is always very good. One improvement opportunity to mention - fitness room has been renovated and looks better with more space. Big negative though is only having one treadmill now. It seems to be the most popular piece of equipment as is very often in use. I believe it should be quite easy to implement a second treadmill.

Good hotel Value for the money. Good location, a walking distance from Subway. The cleanliness of the hotel is OK though it's not the best I have ever experienced. the water bottle had been provided though some days was forgotten. Overall a good experiences as I did not have a high expectations..

Super hotel

Toilet was suprise in hotel room, door was glide door and it was glass. Every voice was heared also to room from WC and lamp light was shining through the door at night for everyone who tried to sleep. It's difficult to think who need this solution!
