I'll start from the beginning, since I makes pre Check-in are check in in hotel was quick and easy. We booked a family room for four. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Since we arrived late, we went down to the lobby for dinner. The dinner was good and tasty. The price was reasonable. The lobby is very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Everyone will find something to suit their taste. I want to especially note the location of the hotel. Although it seems remote, it is a 2-3-minute walk to the metro station, and you can reach the city center in 15 minutes without transfers. We were there during Oktoberfest, and we also got there without transfers, two stops further. I'm leaving such a detailed review because I think the hotel has an unfairly low rating.

I stayed a few days in this hotel for a conference (also hosted in the hotel). the hotel looks nice and well maintained. Also some nice details towards the Olympic station nearby. The stay was very pleasant. If I may share 1 point for improvement: The pillows were not comfortable for me personally.

I highly recommend this hotel for business and families. Beautiful location near the Olympic Stadium and the metro. Peace and quiet, well done!

My stay at your hotel was truly pleasant. The staff were exceptionally supportive and accommodating. Despite my early morning arrival, they kindly arranged an early check-in with a smooth and efficient process, and the same level of convenience was offered during checkout. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and the bar offers a great atmosphere with a relaxed, modern vibe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

High quality hotel located at Olympic Park. U-bahn station right next to it, that takes you to the center of the city and Old Town in 15 minutes. Very good breakfast.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty and with a lot of options and the staff was very helpful.

Stayed here for the superbloom festival. Great location for the park and very close to the underground to Munich centre. Very clean, good size room. The glass bathroom door and that it doesn't lock might not be good for some guests. Think it's strange that you have to pay extra for the sauna as a hotel guest. Would recommend to others.

Stay was great as always. Especially the breakfast staff and food selection is always very good. One improvement opportunity to mention - fitness room has been renovated and looks better with more space. Big negative though is only having one treadmill now. It seems to be the most popular piece of equipment as is very often in use. I believe it should be quite easy to implement a second treadmill.

Good hotel Value for the money. Good location, a walking distance from Subway. The cleanliness of the hotel is OK though it's not the best I have ever experienced. the water bottle had been provided though some days was forgotten. Overall a good experiences as I did not have a high expectations..

Super hotel

Toilet was suprise in hotel room, door was glide door and it was glass. Every voice was heared also to room from WC and lamp light was shining through the door at night for everyone who tried to sleep. It's difficult to think who need this solution!

Overall a very good experience. Our second time here, we'd gladly come back. Very good breakfast, good rooms, clean hotel, very nice people working here.

The last three times I havent had aduquate wi-fi connection the rooms I have had. Seems to be almost the same in the corridor where these rooms are in the building?

nice & clean, very good quality for the price. Restaurant has some typical german food, very nice and prices adapted like all 4* hotel. From outside , you cannot imagine that inside it's so nice and with big volumes . negative point was the charging points. I have an EV ( no choice ) and 6 of the 8 charging points were out of order .. and one of the working ones was " used " by a car sleeping there more time than needed.

Wonderful hotel in a good location. Everything in the hotel and the large room is well thought out and comfortable, there are all the necessary amenities, including a small coffee machine. Excellent breakfast, very wide selection and everything is replenished. Guests have free lemonade and fruit in the lobby. Dogs are allowed.

The hotel looks to be ultra busy the week I stayed. Breakfast was very busy with guests. Need a way to indicate that the seat was taken - I had to find another table three times as it was taken by someone else when I went away to get some food. Great location for going into the city or to a place via trains.

The hotel was great. I was on the fourth floor and the room was spacious. It was very comfortable as well. The location made it well within walking distance to the mall and park,

Lovely hotel. Great location near underground station. 30 min from airport. Friendly staff, nice bar and lobby with dj playing music. Nice clean rooms with smart tv's. Good breakfast. highly recommended.

Everything perfect

Comfortable bed, streaming possibilities, good food and drinks, friendly staff (minus the bar lady). Great location for the Olympic Park area. Outside there is a good park with a bmx area. Fantastic!

The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. Brekfast was excellent, I liked the live egg cooking.

I couldn't fault the hotel apart from one thing. And that was the extraction or ventilation system, it was very noisy, apart from that, everything was great!

It is nice to be recognised due to my frequent visits. When there is a big event / fare we "regulars" are a bit forgotten. In general not important, but need to complain on something :-)

I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!

It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.

I have an overall pleasant experience during my stay for business trip and conference at Leonardo Royal Hotel. As a Thai people, I felt like home when I met Thai staff there. There are 3 Thai ladies working at the hotel, they supported me and my Thai colleagues a lot. Also other Asian staff in Breakfast team supported Thai customers actively. However, I got bad experiences with some Reception staff due to an amenity request and Check-out payment. That's why I can't rate full score to Leonardo Royal Hotel.

Great reception, check could have been handled a little better but the recovery was excellent

Clean, friendly staff, good quality. The one thing you could improve is the fitness area!
