My experience at the property was truly enjoyable. The staff was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere felt both safe and welcoming — especially important as a solo female traveler. The concierge, Sergio, stood out with his exceptional service, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. Our stay at Leonardo Hotel Madrid city center was really excellent. All the sightseeing places were very near. All the staff were excellent and cooperative. In the breakfast Only more food variety need to be included and different main items in the breakfast will be more attractive and some like omelette, can be given.

nice hotel made nicer by very pleasant and helpful staff. A few minutes walk from a metro station, so you can travel all over madrid from there. Hotel is not brand new, but is well kept. My only problems were thin walls, and that awful coffee. Maybe the machine was faulty.

I've stayed in a zillion hotels and that was truly one of best experiences there with Hotel Leonardo. Extremely congenial, efficient, clean, warm, friendly, wifi, and user-friendly. Thanks for the great room too! (815) Shall definitely recommend. And I'lll be back!

Very good environmental, professional staff A+

This hotel is a good base for exploring Madrid. You can walk to Gran Via street. Metro and bus stops are close by. Hotel staff is polite, and the early check-in was a particularly nice gesture. Our room was a bit smaller, but quite enough for the two of us. It was very clean, with comfortable bed. It would have been nice if there was a bar in the lobby, but it didn't spoil the overall impression which was pleasant. Recommendation :)

Nice hotel quite central to walk everywhere within 20/30 mins. On a nice busy street . Small room but clean and well maintained . We would book again . Nice breakfast

Selected this h. based on my past experience with the Leonardo Hotels chain in other cities, like Viena, and I did n. get disappointed. The h. is located at the northern edge of M. central zone with close connections to Metro lines and buses. The h. is n. a luxury h. but it has clean and well-equipped rooms featuring air conditioning. The breakfast provided by the h. was ample and varied. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

This is a good hotel, its facilities, its staff provide comfort, and its location is very good. When I visit Madrid next time, I will be at this hotel

I only Had pleasant time at Leonardo City Center, in addition to the hotel itself and its staff, the location is practical, one can reach various places in Madrid, via the metro, busses or on foot. the area is quiet.

If you want a clean, comfortable, totally charming hotel to rest your body after a 14-hour flight with a huge bathtub and the best room service ever--central to everything--look no further than The Leonardo.

My small room was very comfortable, peacefull, tidy and nice. Staff was allways friendly and helpfull. Great small cafe and restaurants nearby.

The Hotel Leonardo City Center was a great place for my stay in Madrid. It is centrally located. The neighborhood is great. The staff were wonderful from check in to check out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the city or simply have a relaxing few days.

The hotel is in a good location - not far from the most important monuments. Close to several metro stations. Very nice and helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts :) The room was comfortable, clean and exactly like the pictures and description. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Madrid.

Great location, very accommodating staff and comfortable atmosphere. My family and I had a very nice stay and we will keep in mind this hotel for future trips to Madrid. The only downside was the additional bed, not really comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the room had all the needed amenities. Overall happy with our stay. Thank you!

We used this hotel as a base while checking my son into his study abroad program. The first recognition goes to a great hotel staff that worked with me to accept my son’s luggage which they would need to receive and hold a week ahead of our arrival. They did it willingly and it was right there on arrival. Then I would comment the staff was very classy and kind throughout the stay; friendly, smiling, helpful. The room was nice (a little dated) and the beds were comfortable! The shower had great pressure and hot water. The location was easily walkable to all areas of central Madrid, but this location is also very close to buses and the metro station. Great hotel. Recommended!

Leonardo hotel is very good choice and really I enjoyed there.

This is such a perfect hotel for us! We were visiting our daughter who lived across the street on an international program. We were debating between this 3-star, a nearby 4-star and a further away 5-star. In the end, we chose this one mainly for its convenience of location and the breakfast it offers, but wary that it might be noisy because it’s facing the busy street, as other reviewers suggested. Lo and behold, we had a wonderful stay and felt so lucky that we made the right decision. Everything was perfect in our view, that it was nice and quiet, clean with decent breakfast, and that all the staff was wonderful and helpful, eager to please. We really don’t have anything to pick on even if we want to. On top of all that, location does matter that we got to see our daughter in and out easily and frequently, that there were good restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and that we were able to walk to many attractions. We think this 3-star hotel delivers 4-star services but only with 3-star prices. Excellent value indeed!

A lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel had a friendly atmoshphere. Two Metro stations were close, and it was easy to walk into central Madrid too. The breakfast quality was good but the selection of food wasn't huge. I would stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly to me, the food I ordered was amazing. However I did ask for no pork and even confirmed it over the phone and was still given bacon. Other than that my stay has been peaceful, cozy, and overall extremely enjoyable.

Only a 10 minute walk down hill to the Grand Via. Hop on hop off for Madrid bus is also a few blocks out of hotel to the right ir down hill.
