Fenchurch Street railway station is also only a 4-minute walk away, and Tower Gateway DLR station (with trains to London City Airport and Docklands) is about 5 minutes away on foot.

Yes, getting around is very easy. In addition to the nearby Tube station (Tower Hill) and DLR, there are several bus lines and taxi services readily available by the hotel. You can be in the West End, Oxford Street, or other major areas within 15–20 minutes by public transport. Our concierge can always help with directions or recommendations for the best routes.

From Heathrow Airport, the most convenient ways to reach us are: by London Underground (about 60 minutes) – take the Piccadilly Line to an interchange like South Kensington or Hammersmith, then switch to the Circle/District Line to Tower Hill; or by taxi/car, which takes roughly 45–60 minutes depending on traffic. Our hotel does not provide a free shuttle, but we are happy to arrange a private car transfer if you prefer.

No, we do not operate a private airport shuttle. However, our concierge can happily arrange a taxi or private car transfer for you. The hotel is also very well-connected to public transport – for example, you can reach us directly from Heathrow via the London Underground.

Yes. Our hotel is within central London’s Congestion Charge zone. If you are driving to the hotel on weekdays (7:00 AM–6:00 PM), you will need to pay the congestion charge for that day. (There is no charge on weekends or public holidays, but other road tolls like the ULEZ may still apply.)

We are fortunate to be surrounded by many of London’s top attractions. The Tower of London is practically on our doorstep (about 0.2 miles away, a 5-minute walk). Tower Bridge is also only a 10-minute walk. You can walk to the Sky Garden in about 10 minutes, and St. Paul’s Cathedral and The Shard are a short ride away. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and the River Thames promenade nearby for you to enjoy.

Yes – the area around our hotel is very safe and well-lit. We are located in a central part of London (the City), which is busy with professionals and tourists during the day. At night it becomes quieter, but it remains a secure area and is patrolled regularly. As always in any big city, we advise normal precautions, but our guests generally find the surroundings to be safe and comfortable.
