Lovely clean and friendly hotel, breakfast is good. Drinks in the bar are a bit pricey.

First time in krakow and didn’t know what to expect as price was great Pleasantly surprised very good hotel couldn’t fault a thing I’m already looking into booking again for next year Ps location excellent for all tours and squares

The hotel overall was of a high standard, well designed and very clean. Prime location to visit old town & the Jewish quarter which was ideal for our stay. Good idea of pillow menu but would recommend wider pillows and accessibility to see how pillows are in order to select the best one. Room overall was spot on for what was needed. Although would recommend either more access to English channels or ability to cast to the TV’s from other devices for Netflix etc.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Rooms comfortable and clean. Only a couple of improvements - bit more wardrobe space and on our kast day there was no hot water. Everything else was fabulous.

Excellent overall

Lovely hotel, great location and on the whole good. However, hotel let itself down with small issues such as no sliced bread available at breakfast one morning to make toast, and additionally when my room was cleaned the shower soap and toilet roll were not replaced meaning that I twice had to put in requests for replacements, something that should be necessary.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and modern. The staff were very professional and helpful. I would return and recommend

Hotel is lovely and modern and very clean. 10 minute walk from main square and a few minutes from the castle. Staff friendly. I was travelling with my 77 year old mother and she found the shower slippery, no bath mats available but staff very obliging in providing an extra towel for the floor. Bar food was acceptable but there are many places to eat nearby. We were on the top floor and the room was very hot, slept with the window open all night even in February. This isn't a criticism, just an observation and lower floors may be better for people who get hot easily. Toiletries provided in the room were very useful, as was access to the free safe. We stayed for 3 nights and overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

Great location 15- 20 minutes walk from train station . Near to castle . Nearly everything really . Trips pick Up sshort 5 minutes from hotel . It was smart , room well maintained & comfortable , polite & helpful staff . Would definitely recommend a stay here, Breakfast was good choice , fresh 🤗

Great place to visit and to stay

Stayed for 7 nights, good variety of food for breakfast. Room service food was really good. Room 101 was very comfortable and spacious. Drinks in the bar were great.

Hotel was great, but The receptionist made us pay 140 euros more than we should have, after a long debate he realized that he was making us pay again the deposit we had already paid.

This hotel is simply the best for so many things. The Location is ideal for exploring both the old town and the Jewish quarter. The hotel staff are all brilliant and helpful. The rooms are first class giving you a great night's sleep also providing items such as an iron & ironing board, hairdryer for the Ladies a safe and fridge in every room. The Breakfast is fantastic in the range of items, both hot and cold, and the quality of it. I buffer style breakfast that sets you up for the day. This is a hotel I would definitely return to.

The most important thing I can say to keep this short is that I would certainly stay again. 3* Hotel with the feel of a 4*.

We were there on a business trip, for 10 days & during the whole stay, my staying experience was wonderful, rooms are really very well set & maintained, staff is extremely helpful, and the must I say the location of the hotel, is literally a chef's kiss on top. But I do have one request, that if in the breakfast options, there could be a few more vegetarian options added, that would really top up my experience on a whole new level.

A beautiful place right in the heart of Kraków. The room was well maintained, quiet, and spotlessly clean. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. We were traveling with our 3-year-old, and we are very grateful for all the lovely little touches and gifts that made her stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality — you are amazing!

Very nice hotel. We stayed as a couple. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful view into the park, not noisy at all. Breakfast was hit & miss. You won’t starve as there is plenty if no English breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and only one of them had an English breakfast. There is fresh fruit, yoghurt and pancakes. We also had evening meal one night which was okay.

Great hotel, located well and not to far from the old town square, restaurants and cafe’s.. clear and modern.

Thank you for the lovely stay , all the team was great and we had a fabulous experience. The hotel is in a perfect location , walking distance to main attractions and reception is available 24/7 we would like to go back to Krakow in the Spring and we would pick this hotel again

A lovely quaint hotel in the fantastic location. Lovely staff, fabulous rooms and all was wonderful.

A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Only thing was our room was only cleaned once in 4 nights even though we were out the room by 9:30 everyday and left the sign on the door. Overall though, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

From.organising a private pick up at the airport until we left, this hotel was a lovely experience. The location is great - easy to access all areas of interest. The staff are friendly, efficient & helpful. The breakfast choice & quality was great. Our room was comfortable with all the facilities we needed. We had a wonderful stay in Krakow

We were there for 2 days and was a good choice. Room were beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed and super nice location. Breakfast was good and reception stay friendly.

Room and amenities match that of very good 4 Star with a very friendly and suppportive staff throughout the hotel. Location is very close to the Centres of interest and walking is a very pleasant way to visit and enjoy mostr of the local attractions. We will return here. Be careful of the address as there are two (2) Leonardo Hotels - this is the "Old Town".

A first class hotel in a superb location with very warm and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Great hotel near the Old Town for an affordable city break, the hotel is modern and clean with great staff. Location is central with only about a 5-10 minute walk to the city square or castle. Check-in/Check-out was quick and easy. The reception was very elegant each morning a side table was presented with a couple of nibble snacks like pretzels and wafers which was a nice touch. Bar was good, perhaps a little small for the size of the hotel, drinks were nice and standard city pricing, I would suggest reducing the citrus in the mulled wine and remove the slices of orange and berries in it as it was too sharp from the citrus and the berries made it difficult to drink towards the end. The food was nice, we had the pork loin which was basically a schnitzel on the bone so wasn't really what we were expecting but was ok. We also used room service on our visit which was nice, affordable and quick. When ordering we were asked if we wanted any sauces, like ketchup, mayo, bbq ect to which we said yes but then get charged 5 zloty (£1.05) per sauce for which isn't shown on the menu or told to the customer, perhaps make this clear so the customer can make an informed choice or just include in your costing and price so an extra charge isn't a surprise or needed. The room was clean with high ceilings however were quite small, its ok for a single person or a couple visiting for a couple of days but could do with being bigger for any longer stay as storage and space is very limited. The room has aircon/heating adjustable by a digital wall panel. The rooms lighting ect is activated by inserting your key card into a panel as you walk in, however this panel is either broken or far too loose as the key card is easily knocked out of the holder. The room is equipped with a small iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, small fridge, pod coffee machine and kettle. Sachets of instant coffee, Assam tea and powdered coffee creamer are provided but no breakfast tea or fresh milk/UHT milk sachets to which we had to get a cup of milk from the bar to keep in the room fridge and take a few extra breakfast tea bags from breakfast each day for the room, each time we asked reception they had none to give us. Breakfast was stocked well, mainly had cold breakfast as the hot wasn't particularly to our taste but had on a couple of occasions, the scrambled eggs could have been cooked a little longer as were very loose but again might be our preference. Could do with a couple of dairy free options, or even just include a flavour soya yoghurt with the other pots of yoghurt. The sides were a bit full of breakfast items so there's no worksurface to put your plate down as you go and have to balance your plate on top of things, not a big issue but something small that would improve experience. The tongues on the hot food were red hot and need napkins to be able to pick up, perhaps make space at the front or on top of the counter for utensil holders, this should be addressed fast as possible as all the guests were commenting on this as they burnt themselves trying to pick them up. On the safety aspect perhaps some clear guidelines for guests who haven't used a waffle machine before, the number of guests we saw with no clue that could have done with some instruction. Staff across all areas were very nice, welcoming and helpful, housekeeping come round every 3rd day as a minimum but also any day that you display a door hanger before 3pm which is great. All in all a great hotel at a good price in a good location. Whilst there are some improvements possible, that is the case with all hotels so I hope this review can help with making this place even better.

We have just returned from our stay in Krakow. The Hotel Leonardo Boutique was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and their English was good. The hotel was a only a 10 minute walk from the Main Square so it was very easy to access things. All in all a lovely hotel.
