As always a very pleasant stay. in a lovely hotel. Great views, comfortable rooms (the Space room was definitely more spacious than the Down to Earth) and great staff in most areas Some small opportunities for improvement. Room 413 - sound travelled very easily from 414. My neighbour was not at all noisy, but I heard every cough, phone call and television. I presume he heard me too. Breakfast staff are usually wonderful, this week they were not as good as usual.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The room, number 714, featured modern furnishings and, although somewhat compact, was perfectly adequate for my needs. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality demonstrated by both the reception and breakfast service staff. There were, however, two minor issues that require attention. First, there were persistent mechanical noises emanating from the bathroom that should be investigated and resolved. Additionally, the touch sensor on the bedside light remained illuminated throughout the night and could not be deactivated, which disturbed my sleep. Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall stay was highly satisfactory. I appreciate the hospitality extended to me and look forward to returning in the future.

All good. Everything went according to plan! The only thing I'm disappointed about is the gym opening times. Closing at 10pm is just too early. After I come back from work and then eat something then there is no time left to go to the gym. It would be great to try and extend this to 11pm. many thanks

Im sommer fehlt was draußen zum sitzen...Dachterrasse? Habe diesmal ein nicht so schönes zimmer bekommen.schade.... Alles perfekt,alle sehr nett
