Excellent hotel for a quiet stay while right in the city centre of Dusseldorf. Great room with a clean and fresh bathroom, enough space and comfortable seating. Location is amazing, breakfast is very nice with many options (convenient breakfast times as well). We would definitely recommend this hotel and come back.

Excellent

Other than one elevator being down thanks to staff I had a very comfortable stay. The location of Leonardo is very convenient to reach any where you want to go to.

Hotel was perfectly situated to enjoy the Chistams markets. Front desk staff were the stars of the show. Hotel was stylish and clean. It was a bit unfortunate that one of the two elevators was broken during such a busy period. Room was great although some parts of the bathroom look a little worn.

Always nice welcoming and very service minded staff, both front-desk, housekeeping, breakfast team, etc.

As above. Room sizes vary in this hotel, this time it was a good sized room. Car parking is very limited with tiny spaces and only a couple of Disabled spaces - there should be more of these given the tiny amount of room to open car doors and they should be enforced. The only disabled space when we arrived was occupied by a car Without a badge ! Also very expensive to park 22e !

Only the shower was disappointing, as the water piled up quickly

Excellent hotel and lovely staff. I would like to see a little more equipment in the gym weights and benches. gets a bit tight when a few people are in there and aircon hot

Great hotel, staff helpful and polite. Food great (although breakfast is expensive!) Please, please, please fix the lift. Not practical to have a broken lift when you can't use stairways between floors.

My friend and I had a very enjoyable weekend stay here. The hotel was exactly what we needed, with friendly staff and gluten free options at breakfast when we asked. Would highly recommend.

All was good. One thing that came to my mind is I prefer tee instead of coffee so I would like to have kettle in my room. 😇

I enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel , the staff was very attentative , we got to check in earlier and rewarded with an upgrade . The location is excellent and the hotel rooms although not super modern , they are nice , comfortable and very clean . I was very happily surprised by the overall stay .

The hotel was a great location and staff extremely helpful and professional. The room I was allocated for the first 2 nights was in what appeared to be an apartment older section of the hotel which was a maze of corridors and quite run down. However the room itself was lovely and the wireless charger was very useful as I had forgotten a travel adaptor. When our flight was cancelled we came back to the hotel and given a free of charge upgrade which was extremely kind and the room on the 5th floor was beautiful! I couldn’t find a wireless charger in the room though!

Good stay at this hotel. Cocktail were delicious and bar staff very accommodating.

The hotel itself is good, but parking your car is a nightmare. Entrance to the parking is very small, and the parking spaces under the hotel is soo small that it nearly impossible to park. (advise would be to park in surrounding shopping mall parkings instead) And the price for parking your car is NOT included in the price.

It was my third time at this hotel and the experience was amazing, as always. From the check in to the check out, the staff was always friendly and helpful. I always travel with my dog and this time she even got a new toy from the staff. I’m gonna stay there again soon.

Hotel was very nice, cozy, decorated amazingly for Christmas. Lobby and its bar is separately comfortable and nice place to stay. Locations is perfect. Staff was very welcoming, but bit constrained with hotel rules, as they were asking almost everything to their superior. When you pay almost 200 EUR for night stay, car parking must be included or at least not be valued at 30 EUR per night.

As about I have used the hotel before and it gives me everything I’m looking for very comfortable bed very helpful staff. The bar area is a very nice place to chill out and relax after what ever you have done. Would recommend to everyone for a comfortable experience.

The hotel is centrally located and with easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good with varieties and the restaurant staff are very friendly. Daily complimentary water is also provided. Some of the house keepers can be more courteous. Generally we had a great time and will come again.

It is a hotel I will gladly return to, both in Dusseldorf and in other locations where it is still available. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent approach , solving any problem

We stayed here for 3 nights it was all excellent fantastic location . Hotel was like home away from home very welcoming and so relaxed breakfast was so good so much varity kept us full all day. Bedrooms were so clean well equipt views from rooms were amazing had the best sleep will definetly stay here again

Everything was great. I have only one comment regarding the storage in the room. You really need to make the storage easier and bigger . All the reception staff were very helpful and very friendly. The bartender malinda was so great person.Breakfast was amazing with fantastic collection. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly. At the end thank you for making my stay memorable ❤️ Yes i advise anyone who is looking for the perfect hotel in a perfect location with awesome staff and comfortable stay without any obstacles go for Leonardo
