The hotel was ideal for the gathering of ESHA GA members. The staff were excellent and attentive and assisted me in every way. The meeting rooms were well laid out and spotless.

Me and my fiancé spent a wonderful time in Leonardo Hotel. We received a free upgrade to the junior suite that was huge and comfortable.

Breakfast menu should be different.

This hotel is very nice.The staff are also nice and the rooms are clean.You can also find the easily because its near the train station.

Positives - Enjoyable stay, clean room, professional friendly staff especially morning crew - excellent breakfast Negatives - poorly lit room - free standing corner light not working - biggest negative/ disappointment was the bathroom towels - poor quality - super thin & frayed don’t expect this at a hotel of this standard- must do better!

Very easy online, booking and checking in. All staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy. It was an easy and pleasant stay, would recommend for business or family. Right next to the train station, handy for getting to the airport for those early flights.

Our stay was really lovely. The only negative point being the WiFi. It just did not work for us.

I stay in this hotel every year for business purpose. Location and breakfast are great but the hotel needs maintenance in certain parts. Recently they renewed bathrooms. They must check lights, heaters and carpets.

Convenient,clean hotel very near to the station but on the quieter side. Rooms are large and showers are excellent. Breakfast buffet very well stocked and breakfast room not overcrowded like a lot of hotels at Christmas time. Very clean spa and wellness area. Good value for money.

We spent three nights at Leonardo Citycentre Hotel Dusseldorf. The hotel is situated in a quiet area 300 m from Düsseldorf Central Station. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff very polite and helpful. Our comfortable room on the fourth floor had a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was well presented with a very good selection of meats cheeses and fruit as well as a full English style cooked breakfast. We also had a place in the hotels, underground parking garage, which at €19 a day is well worth the money especially when public transport is so convenient and easy to use. If you are considering spending a few days in Düsseldorf, I thoroughly recommend this hotel..

The hotel, the staff, and the offerings were all excellent. It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel and it was my first visit. From check-in to check-out everything exceeded my expectations. All of the staff, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast room, could not have been better. They were always most friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend your hotel.

We had a wonderfull stay at the Leonardo Hotel. We really liked the design, the staff and what the hotel had to offer. There are only 2 things I wish that would be different if we ever came back: 1. our room had very strange stains at parts of the ceiling 2. the fitnessroom only had machines for cardio, not for strength training

Quiet, very comfortable beds, Hbf is very close, the staff is attentive, clean sheets and towels, there were only small deficiencies such as slippers etc. I think this is unimportant.Thanks

Leonardo Hotel Düsseldorf City Center is a lovely place. Düsseldorf Central Station is just a short walking distance away, and the hotel is located on the quieter side of the station. Breakfast was very good, and the staff at the Reception Desk and in the restaurant during breakfast were very helpful. Next time I am in Düsseldorf, i will stay at this hotel.

I went to this hotel upon my arrival and stayed 7days then went to other city and then back to Düsseldorf where I booked another hotel which was a disappointment, so I couldn’t stay and came back directly to Leonardo hotel again. Really clean ( especially bathroom) and very comfortable to stay in, very quiet despite the fact that it’s near the central station of Duesseldorf which is known for its crowded area. Very kind staff especially the day staff, free water with fresh lemon slices and free fresh apples 24/7 in the lobby, great internet connection in the room as well as in the lobby , very reliable cleaning service. In general it made my busy stay very easy and comfortable. I will always choose this hotel whenever I have things to get done in Düsseldorf. Thx for all the staff.

Have stayed here 4 times and it's our go to hotel in Dusseldorf. Close to station, comfortable beds and decent price.

This was our second time stay in leonardo. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Also the location is just a walk away from train. The staff very friendly and helpfull.

Value for money. The hotel location is conveniently located near the main train station. The room is good size and clean. The toilet and shower is relatively huge and good facilities. Highly recommended to stay in this place.

Enjoyed the 6 days I stayed here for a work conference. The food was good and the service was also very good.

I have no complaints from my stay. The hotel is central, next to the train station and very close to the center on foot. The station area is not the safest, but if you are careful there is no problem. The room was very spacious, the bathroom as well. Clean and tidy.
