The hotel, the staff, and the offerings were all excellent. It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel and it was my first visit. From check-in to check-out everything exceeded my expectations. All of the staff, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast room, could not have been better. They were always most friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend your hotel.

We had a wonderfull stay at the Leonardo Hotel. We really liked the design, the staff and what the hotel had to offer. There are only 2 things I wish that would be different if we ever came back: 1. our room had very strange stains at parts of the ceiling 2. the fitnessroom only had machines for cardio, not for strength training

Quiet, very comfortable beds, Hbf is very close, the staff is attentive, clean sheets and towels, there were only small deficiencies such as slippers etc. I think this is unimportant.Thanks

Leonardo Hotel Düsseldorf City Center is a lovely place. Düsseldorf Central Station is just a short walking distance away, and the hotel is located on the quieter side of the station. Breakfast was very good, and the staff at the Reception Desk and in the restaurant during breakfast were very helpful. Next time I am in Düsseldorf, i will stay at this hotel.

I went to this hotel upon my arrival and stayed 7days then went to other city and then back to Düsseldorf where I booked another hotel which was a disappointment, so I couldn’t stay and came back directly to Leonardo hotel again. Really clean ( especially bathroom) and very comfortable to stay in, very quiet despite the fact that it’s near the central station of Duesseldorf which is known for its crowded area. Very kind staff especially the day staff, free water with fresh lemon slices and free fresh apples 24/7 in the lobby, great internet connection in the room as well as in the lobby , very reliable cleaning service. In general it made my busy stay very easy and comfortable. I will always choose this hotel whenever I have things to get done in Düsseldorf. Thx for all the staff.

This was our second time stay in leonardo. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Also the location is just a walk away from train. The staff very friendly and helpfull.

Value for money. The hotel location is conveniently located near the main train station. The room is good size and clean. The toilet and shower is relatively huge and good facilities. Highly recommended to stay in this place.

Enjoyed the 6 days I stayed here for a work conference. The food was good and the service was also very good.

I have no complaints from my stay. The hotel is central, next to the train station and very close to the center on foot. The station area is not the safest, but if you are careful there is no problem. The room was very spacious, the bathroom as well. Clean and tidy.

We all had a very comfortable stay in your hotel. Renovations were taking place in the reception area but disturbance was kept to a minimum. I also found it strange that the duvets on the bed were a single size and didn’t fit the bed properly. Although we all were comfortable and had a bed each so it wasn’t a problem. Just looked strange. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The staff are very accommodating, pleasant and friendly. Especially the restaurant staff. If I’m back in your area I’d definitely stay again.

The Leonardo is very conveniently situated for the city centre and main railway station. It provides excellent accommodation. The rooms are of a good size, well appointed and scrupulously clean. There is everything you need for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered is excellent with a very wide range of good quality cold and cooked food. The staff on Reception are extremely efficient, very friendly and give an excellent service. The hotel was effective in minimizing the effect of reconstruction work on the Bar and Reception area. However, the restaurant was a disappointment, only open on five days a week and a very limited menu. The quality of the food was acceptable but could have been a lot better. More significantly, the service was very poor simply because there were extended periods when no staff were even present, the longest we noted being in excess of 15 minutes. It should not be necessary to have to go in search of staff in a bar or restaurant. In fairness, once staff were present they tried hard to give a good service under difficult conditions.

I book the last minute and they gave me a very nice and comfortable room.

Overall was nice hotel near to central station of Düsseldorf.

everything was satisfactory. Close to the important points in the city, clean beds and a spotless bathroom for a shower at the end of the day, friendly staff. These were all we wanted for our 1-night stay at the hotel. Totally recommended.
