So comfortable, central, but quiet. Very good bathroom and Ganymede just over the road!

Fantastic place to stay for a few days, great location and comfortable stay. All the staff are very polite and helpful, especially the staff at the reception. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. In the evening, after a day of toil in the city, you can relax in the bar and have coffee, tea or other drinks.

Me and my friend really liked the time we spent and this Hotel. We will for sure recommend it to others and im sure we will even come back there while we will be next time visiting Berlin!

we had a confort room but in my view 4* room was extremly small, however we enjoy our long weekend. The location of the hotel for us was the main criteria and we weren't disappointed. For those who travel by public transport is a great opportunity as there is a direct train to Friedrichstraße DB from the main Berlin airport.

Hotel is in walking distance to city landmarks such as Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. It is also close to the tram line and central train station. Our room was very clean. Staff was helpful. Bed could be more comfortable and TV has only a few channels in English (all news channels).

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was AMAZING - so many options! I especially loved the pea spread and chia pudding! The staff from front desk to housekeeping to maintanence were great! And I LOVED my room with the balcony.

Nothing to complain about. Excellent hotel location, all kinds of public transporation within 5mins walk. We werer very satisfied.

First, I love the Leonardo Mitte and every year I come It's my favorite hotel in Berlin. 1 things that i wish you can change is the Gym equipments - it is very poor and every year i go to a fitnesstudio outside in additional charge. check the Leonrdo Royal at the Alexanderplatz - the gym is perfect and very good equipments. another thing that is more important but i was too shy to complain about it is the Mattress in the room -I guess it's too old. Try to sleep on it - it's not soft, it is dragging you down and very hard to sleep.

Was a great stay. Great location. Great choice at breakfast. Nice clean room. Only thing I didn’t like was the pillows I had in room 421.

We don’t know her name but she was on reception around 10am. She was wearing a blazer and her hair was semi-updo. She was really friendly with us and she helped us leaving our luggage in a fast way giving us more time to enjoy the city.

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel. Location is great (near a very large train station). Lots of nice pubs in the area. Breakfast is very diverse and rich. Room was very clean and all facilities were on spot. Only bad side are the pillows (too soft) and bed mattress (not of a high quality).

Room was quite small with little space for storage but great for 1 person for a night or so. Great breakfast. It’s a large hotel so long wait for lift /elevator at times

Nice hotel, excellent location.

He really made our stay. So friendly and so helpful. We stayed an extra night because we felt so welcomed by him and his staff. We were going to switch hotels but we decided to stay one more night there.

Frequent visitor for a reason to this hotel - always satisfied. Super staff, excellent rooms - it’s just you need the WiFi for being connected (no phone reception) but that’s arranged very quickly. Can only recommend

The hotel's cleanliness and the staff's friendliness made the stay at Leonardo amazing. It was the best hotel I visited during my stay in Europe. The value you get at Leonardo is much more than that of other hotels. I will definitely look for Leonardo hotels when I go to Germany or other European countries.

This is a clean and well maintained hotel with friendly staff, which is close to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate, with destinations further away easily reached from the nearby Friedrichstrasse Station, or Hauptbahnhof just one stop away. I've stayed here three times now, and it feels like a second home! :-)

Amazing hotel and location. Would stay again

Only mention would be that i don't like big pillows and the 4 i had were HUGE. So wasn't an option during the night for me. Would be nice if there's a good choice for a thinner Pillow. All other parts of the room i enjoyed fully.

Modern and very clean hotel in center of Berlin. Train and metro stations are in 5 min walk distance, good connections. Rooms are small but it’s enough for stay. Breakfast could be better as there is poor choice in hot meals, scrambled eggs felt like from powder. Very nice and helpful staff

The hotel is quite nice, rooms are very good and the location of the hotel is excellent, just one block away from the Friedrichstrasse station and within walking distance from many attractions such as the museum island, Brandenburg Tor and Alexanderplatz.

I do not remember the names but the team in the reception and people as host in the breakfast are really nice and friendly. Every time that I asked them, they solved my issue. People in the reception helped me with somethings such as: how to use air conditioner, they recommend some restaurants around the hotel, where the metro station is, how to go to Brandenburg Gate. All my questions were answered. Also different people as host in the restaurant for Breakfast are really nice and helped me to order eggs because the waiter did not understand me.

This was a stellar hotel experience. We would return here and recommend to friends/family without a doubt. Breakfast was fantastic—especially the vegan options—and we are not vegan! We appreciated all the little eco-touches. Room was clean and comfortable, loved loved loved the Dead Sea Mineral body/hair wash. On our last night the bartender Mohammed was so friendly and professional but also… he brought a touch of “je ne sais quoi” to the bar—I felt like I was in Casablanca! (The movie!). He is an ideal bar tender—adding some really great ambience to the bar side. A++++ experience! We hope to come again soon. Loved it!

I loved everything about this hotel - the location, the decoration of the room, the breakfast, the staff. Despite the central location, it was so quiet! (I stayed in room 342 for 4 nights.) The bed was huge! The room was cleaned every day and I always found refreshments when I came back from my walks. I felt comfortable and had a great time. Would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to anyone. The online check-in was convenient, too. Also, there was a middle aged man at reception. He was extremely kind and helpful. After I checked out, he offered to keep my accordion in a special place, not together with the rest of the luggage. I appreciate the special attention he paid to the instrument I had bought the previous day. I loved my stay in Berlin!!❤️

The hotel and all the facilities were outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with options available for vegan and vegetarian. Great location next to the historic places, river, restaurants and railway station. Staff was very polite.
