Ballroom (Grampian & Houston Suite)

Ideal for hosting up to 600 guests for a reception or 280 for wedding banquets and special events, the Ballroom is the largest and most impressive function room at our Aberdeen Airport hotel. Recently renovated with a modern, neutral décor, it features a built-in bar, dedicated dance floor, stage area, air-conditioning, and private cloakroom facilities. Located on the ground floor, it offers easy access for guests. The Ballroom can be divided into two smaller rooms – the Houston and Grampian Suites.

Grampian

The Grampian Suite is our second-largest room, accommodating up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast or 150 for an evening reception. With a neutral décor and plenty of natural light, this suite also includes air-conditioning and can accommodate a portable dance floor.
