Good location, comfortable bad, a room well equipped. Breakfast - very basic, bags with black tee not available about 10am.

I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Warsaw and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and visually appealing. My room (503) was excellent — comfortable, spacious, and well-kept. Housekeeping deserves special praise: the lady working on the 5th floor on Friday (rooms 503–530) was exceptionally kind, polite, and professional. Truly a 5-star attitude. However, a few details were missing, especially in terms of emotional connection and guest care. I informed the hotel in advance that I would be staying with my son for a match, but there was no reaction from the reception — no acknowledgment, no small gesture. It seemed like the staff were focused mainly on the operational side of their job, but without the warmth and engagement that create memorable experiences. The hotel has potential, but it needs more heart, not just four clean walls. Breakfast was generally okay, but I had to ask three times for an omelette, and there was nobody at the station for about 20 minutes. The food itself was fine, though I missed having bacon. Small things, but they make a difference. Overall, my impressions were positive, but the hotel lacks the “soul” that encourages guests to return. Having worked for many years within the Rocco Forte Hotels network, I know how important these details are. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects, because the potential is definitely there.

The 2nd stay within a week in Leonardo. I was able to leave one of my suitcases between the trips, which was very helpful. The check in employee was soooo helpful. I asked for early check in, which she had to charge me for but immediately upgraded me. Then I also asked for late check out, which was also organised, of course for extra charge. When I entered the room, she knocked on my door, bc, the keys were not activated until the late check out time. All was done with a smile, great service. Nice view from 24th floor over Warsaw. Tasty room service menu. Bathroom doesn't match the room quality, old cubicle with mall functioning doors, and squeaking towel rack. Room service forgot my cutlery and when asking them to bring it, I was told to go down myself to get it Raising my voice apparently helped to make her understand at reception that I was not going to do that.

The Hotel was great, check in and out fast and easy. You can walk to multiple restaurants and great places around the Hotel. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean as well as the facilities were excellent as well. Will definitely recommend and would return to Leonardo’s Hotel.

Very clean hotel and you can see the whole city from the top, The staff is very polite and helpful. The price is also reasonable. I would recommend you to choose this hotel if you want a good environment and reasonable price.

Another amazing experience at Leonardo Royal, after Nuremberg location. The room was smaller but same level.of quality, free watter, free coffee and overall amazing sleeping quality. The breakfast was excellent and overall stay was top. Also good location (bus 175 from airport and nice 20-30 minutes walk to Old Town). Thank you for the stay!

1. Shower head pole has fallen apart. We had to put it back. 2. The niagra button has jumped out. 3. The paper bin pedal is not working. 4. On Thursday we assume that plumber did something iin the shower. They left dirt on the shower basin and water ruuning the splashed out oon the floor.

The hotel was very welcoming and check-in was easy. My allocated room wasn't ready when I arrived a little earlier than expected but I got switched to one that was. The breakfast selection was very good. The afternoon & evening bar / restaurant staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The evening food I had was very nice and well presented. The room was lovely and modern, clean and had a very comfy bed. Hopefully we will visit Warsaw again in the future and will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. 2 adults, 2 children(6y7y) Friendly staff, spacious junior suite, central location, near bus/tram and even metro. Good breakfast, good variety of products. We would happily return here. 😊

Hotel located close to city center and train station. Also in the area are Fabrika Norblina and Browary Warszawskie where you can find plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants.

Leonardo could offer me a big comfortable room for 5-days stay , incl. on-site parking with affordable rate comparing with other nearby hotels. The most we liked was the space in the room (junior suite) , the location and connectivity to our the public transportation (4 bus stops, many lines) , to the tourist attractions; + fantastic view from the 27th floor! Great breakfast choice - food and beverages (great coffee and tea variety), as well as the nice restaurant place - inviting to stay longer. A hint for improvements - the room’s equipment was a bit outdated - I’d expect more modern reg.furniture, electronics, lightening, equipment of kitchenette; and more toiletries as they were super basic. Nevertheless our whole stay was very pleasant - nothing to complain really.

Hotel location is excellent. Old town is 30-35 mins walk. There is a shopping centre n food court near by. Financial centre, palace 15-20mins. Hotel is refurbishing the rooms but we were on 27th floor in the suite rooms which are still to be modernised but rest all the facilities are good. We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is in close proximity to the centre, 15 min walking to PKiN. We stayed in room 2009 which was really spacey and just for our needs. Great view over the city. In terms of cleanliness, there was a trace of mould in a silicon in the bathroom (would require changing the whole silicon rather than cleaning it) but otherwise room was extremely clean. Both bed and sofa bed comfortable. Floor staff was smiling and greeting us upon arrival and they were extremely helpful both reception staff and housekeeping. Minor electrical faults were reported to reception. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The first room on the 18th floor wasn't good. There was a noisy fan, socket in the bathroom wasn't mounted properly and didn't work, window handler was faulty, the room wasn't renovated in general. I asked to change a room and rhe receprion stuff reacted immediately giving us a perfect room on the 6th floor. Appreciate this very much, but the issues in the first room should be addressed anyway imho. Good brekfast and restaurant, pleasant staff. Gym is small, with little training facilites. Nice hotel overall, would recommend it.

We were given a room on the 20th floor with a nice view of the city. The room was spacious and clean, howewer there were some small damages visible (scratches, etc.). The bed was really comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.

We were extremely satisfied by our stay at Leonardo Hotel in Warsaw. Our room was great, spacious, super clean and we really enjoyed the mattress and good quality sleep we could get. One thing that we encountered and I think this is the same for all hotels in the area and something they should all raise as an issue to the authorities, is the cars speeding with a lot of noise. I think that bumps should be installed on the road in front to prevent this.

I really enjoyed the place. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is no noise coming out from the corridor. There is noise when you open the window but it’s understandable considering the hotel’s location (centre).

The girl at the front desk on day 11 was great, kind and decisive. the housekeeping staff is without a doubt thorough. i hardly found in other hotels the level of perfection of your hotel: Excellent experience despite the incident on the first night

I can’t mention any names but everyone was extremely nice and helpful!

Overall, the stay was perfect and considering the amount of money you pay, this is definitely the right choice. Some minor thing we didn’t like about our room are: - No smart tv. Therefore, you are left with Polish channels which is probably ok if you speak it. Otherwise, you are in for a TV detox. -Towels are kind of small, considering I’m a petite person. (If you are big, u can use it as a napkin I guess) -Shampoo is 9 in 1 solution. I believe that 4 star hotel can have a separate shampoo and conditioner as well as soap for hands. Keep in mind that this is not a negative review and on the other hand of those things, the service and the value provided are exceptional. + The breakfast was tasty and there were no lines. + Rooms were super clean and comfy. You can really relax in there. + Good tea + coffee in your room. + Large comfortable bed. It is definitely a great stay and I would certainly recommend to book it for short trips!

Hotel is nicely located in city centre with close distance to public transport, city centre attractions and shops, restaurants. Smooth check in and check out process, however poor drop off or pick up area, also breakfast for selection could have been better, porridge was terrible, oats drowned in water, no fresh fruits( blueberries, raspberries or strawberries), i also expected waffles to be served but none to be seen however they offer freshly made omelettes which is plus. Room are specious and clean, comfy beds. Overall nice stay and facilities and it has a potential to become a higher standard hotel.
