Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to subscribers of our newsletter who are over 18 years of age. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating their consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Giveaway Period:
The giveaway starts on 20.06.2024, at 16:00 CET and ends on 04.07.2024, at 16:00 CET. The closing date for entry of submitting the survey will be 04.07.2024, at 16:00 CET. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, a participant must: answer all the questions in the survey provided in the Leonardo Newsletter, provide their email-address at the end of the survey (line 22), submit the survey by clicking the“Done” button at the end. Participants, who fail to provide their email address will not be able to enter the giveaway.
Prize:
One hotel voucher for a 2-night stay for two people in a double room (breakfast included) in any of the participating hotels upon availability and not during fairs or events. The voucher is valid until 31.03.2025. The voucher must be used in a single booking.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Winners are responsible for all necessary travel formalities (e.g., valid passport, visa, etc.) and travel costs. If a winner is unable to travel for reasons not attributable to Leonardo Hotels, they forfeit their claim to the prize without compensation.

Hotels operating under the following hotel brands participate in the giveaway: Leonardo Hotels, Leonardo Boutique Hotels, Leonardo Royal Hotels, and NYX Hotels.
The winner is eligible to book a two-nights stay in a hotel in one of the following locations, upon availability and not during fairs or events:
- Germany
- Switzerland
- Poland
- Czechia
- Hungary
- Austria
- Italy
- Romania
Winner Selection:
All participants will enter an online raffle from which the winner will be chosen randomly. The promoter will announce the winners via email. Redeeming the prize requires the winner to submit their full name, email address, birth date, and postal address within 2 weeks upon request of the promoter. Unredeemed winnings or winnings not claimed within the 2-week period will be forfeited. The hotel voucher will be issued in the submitted name and cannot be transferred or sold to any other person.
Governing Law:
The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by German law. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
Data Protection:
Any personal data relating to the participants will be used solely in accordance with current EU and German data protection legislation. Personal data will be used only for a defined period, automatically deleted once no longer required, and not passed on to third parties. Participants have the right to access their stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), request its correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and exercise their right to data transfer (Art. 20 GDPR). Modifications and Cancellations:
Leonardo Hotels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify these terms and conditions, effective immediately upon posting on this webpage. Leonardo Hotels also reserves the right to cancel the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control.
