Marketing expert Isaac Mizrachi joins Leonardo Hotels
Berlin, 14th April 2025. Isaac Mizrachi has been appointed Global Head of Loyalty at Leonardo Hotels. Based in Berlin, he has been active in this newly created role since March. His main focus is on the further development of the AdvantageCLUB programme.
As Leonardo Hotels continues its rapid expansion across Europe and the UK, Isaac Mizrachi will lead the development of an innovative technology-based global loyalty programme. The Leonardo AdvantageCLUB scheme already offers exclusive benefits to guests. When making direct bookings, members collect points which can be redeemed for free overnight stays. They also receive discounts on reservations and on food and drink and complimentary late check-outs depending on availability. In future, the AdvantageCLUB programme will seek to set new benchmarks by delivering hyper-personalization, gamification elements, and a unified omnichannel experience. The aims are to secure long-term guest loyalty and to position Leonardo Hotels as a leading brand in the European hospitality market.
Isaac Mizrachi brings a wealth of experience to the table in the spaces of travel, marketing and technology. He drove forward brand growth and established highly effective digital strategies during his time as Country Manager at Booking.com. In his most recent role as Senior Director Marketing at Visit Canberra, he was responsible for the development and implementation of international marketing campaigns including successful market entries in India and the USA.
