Lovely hotel in a great location overlooking Palma Nova beaches. Clean rooms and all public areas and facilities are very well looked after. Pool and snack bar area are immaculate. Staff all very helpful but Alberto was excellent with the kids doing archery and rifle shooting and always had a smile on his face.

Great location on the end of Palmanova. Take the lift down for access to the beach, restaurants and bars with no need to walk the hill. Family Suite rooms have 2 bedrooms, roomy balcony and great sea views. We travelled with a 3 and 6 year old and they had a great time.

The only thing I would say is I asked for a late check out too late, and had a few hours wait for going the airport check out was 10:30 but great stay I am re booking for next year but this time family and friends will also be joining us

Nice family break over Easter. Great views from the room of the Palmanova coastline. Plenty of options nearby to eat and drink. Kids club and animations team made the stay for our children, with t shirt painting and kayaking particular plus points. Despite it's location near to the party side of the island, and some same sex groups staying at the hotel, we didn't really hear any noise of an evening with quiet and dark rooms for resting.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Everything was absolutely perfect. A large selection of delicious food. The staff was nice and smiling (especially Santiago and the young lady at the entrance to the restaurant). We would be happy to return to your hotel.

Friendly, helpful and efficient.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The food was delicious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience very pleasant. My only minor concerns were the glass bathroom door, which didn’t have a lock, and the noise at night. Around the time people were returning from town, the noise levels were quite high, making it difficult to sleep. Everything else was great. I would happily return!

Our hotel room was great, 1 minute walk from reception, plus a lift outside our door that took us down to the pools and beach. 👍👍

Hotel staffs were very helpful and nice. Greet you will a lovely smile and of course "Holla!" they were very helpful. we booked some sight seeing and cabs at the reception, my 2yr old had fun and couldn't wait to go to the restaurant, she looked forward to seeing all the staff. Very professional and hardworking. Now about the hotel - It was nice but could be better. The check in process was super easy and we got to check in way earlier and we deeply appreciated that... sadly we got the room 433* wont say much, but you don't want that room.. one thing i would say is if you don't ask you don't receive... we asked for a different room and they switch us, from then we did begin to enjoy our stay. The rooms are nice but I've slept in comfier beds... but no complaint. The view is beautiful and the sound of the beach at night, very soothing. I must applaud the chef - would have tipped really big if i could afford it... All meals i had were delicious and fresh. nice variety. i cant fault the meals at all. they have themed dinners for Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and they were nice. My whole family loved it. Nice choice of wine and beverages as well. All inclusive was worth it for me. we ate every time we wanted, my kids were never hungry. i loved the nachos at the bar. you can get nice variety of food at the bar, including pizza, burger, chips and many more... the drinks were great too.3 drinks max though, but to me that was sufficient. you also get a midnight snack at the restaurant... try not to get fat..lol. Hotel had entertainment but i missed most of it as no internet down there...lol. i couldn't stay as I wanted the wifi.my daughter enjoyed the finger painting, drawing and night discos... it was overall a pleasant stay, they just need better cleaning staff and wifi and it would be just perfect.

End of season entertainment very poor , kids disco and poor quiz but price wasn’t reduced due to end of season. Bar staff rude and chef in pool bar would ignore you if you was English

Cant complain about a think. Price excellent, room excelled expectations with a great balcony and view, staff cant fault and went out of their way to make your stay even better. Wouldn't hesitate to book again 10/10

A lovely hotel...nothing really to complain about. Would definitely recommend it and would return. The only problem was that a lot of plates clattering as the staff were cleaning up tables and loading the used plates etc. on to trolleys in a few areas near where people were sitting, As a result, the restaurant sounded like a canteen. I think that this should be done outside a door leading from the restaurant.

Everything was excellent

I really enjoyed this hotel food was spot on, restaurant staff and reception could not ask for better, couple of damages that could be fixed, pools were really cold (was in October though). I liked how you could get into the sea from stairs that were beside the pool and pool beds, the view was sensational, best I have seen yet, would be better if the 3 hotels beside each other were clear which ones we could go in, but overall this hotel was really good and I would return.

Brilliant hotel staff made for a wonderful short holiday

We have stayed here before when it was the Hawaii hotel. The location is superb and our deluxe room with sea view was fantastic. Spacious and clean accommodation. The breakfast had plenty of choice but the hot food was never hot, always cold and the eggs were always overcooked. Breakfast staff that greeted you were friendly but the staff clearing away were miserable. Great hotel for a wide choice of continental breakfast and location cannot be beaten!

Everything is 5 star at Leonardo Royal Hotel in Palmanova. Staff, Roms, food, drinks, fitness and the most beautiful view over Palmanova Bay. Direct Ocean access from the pool area. Really Nice and GREAT vacation. Thank you Team Leonardo xxx We will be back!

We had a lovely 3 nights here, our room had gorgeous views out to sea, the staff were all friendly, the food was nice with food choice at snack bar at lunch time and the bar area on the terrace was a lovely spot in the sun! My only complaint would be just having 2 cocktails included on the full all inclusive. Although it’s only a small amount to buy other cocktails I think there should have been a few more included as well as sangria which is so cheap to buy in supermarkets!

Had a great 1 week stay. Santi the restaurant manager was amazing every day and he always welcomed us and took us to our table. Also went out of his way to ask how our food was and say goodbye even when busy. Thankyou Santi! Also Monica and Paco/Pablo in the pool bar very friendly. Cleaners nice too and room cleaned daily. Would come back

Spotless hotel, great pools, great location. All you need on a holiday!

Fantastic hotel. Cleanliness spot on, food choices suberb. Every member of staff friendly. Only thing i would say is that the bar is in need of an update. Beautiful stunning views we will definitely be back.

A great hotel, absolutely clean with variety of food and lovely pool and entertainments

We were a group of 18 women enjoying a trip for a friends milestone birthday. The hotel served as the perfect base for a long weekend. The hot food available in the restaurant buffet was not great but other than that, the rest of our stay was really good.

The whole experience was fantastic. We upgraded our package to all-inclusive plus, and it was great value for money. Lots of activities and fun times had by us all. Stunning views and location. Thank you, we will be back

Brilliant hotel been here over 50 times,love it there

We have just returned form a very relaxing enjoyable stay here. This hotel is beautiful. The views are incredible. We love the easy access to the sea from the pool area and also the short walk to the beach. This hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff are fantastic. We had a late flight home and the hotel still allowed us to use all the facilities including our all inclusive passes too. We will 100% be back...
