Had a great time here and would love to come back. The facilities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in October and it was end of season week so that meant it wasn't as lively at the hotel regarding entertainment etc. The hotel is in ideal location with lot's of restaurants nearby and beach right next to it. They have a gym, pool outside, though members of public walks past it, whilst your sun bathing etc, which us odd. The hotel had a laundry room, to iron wash and dry clothes which is helpful. There is a nice bar with, very attentive bar man and women. The hotel reception staff were very nice and helpful, they helped us book an amazing All Day excursion that I hight recommend, going on old wooden train, trem catermren and omg a mountain coach ride it was so excited and amazingtour. The Hotel has amazing views of the sea, my eye's were overwhelmed and really memorised 😍. The trip was amazing and Hotel a Great value and so I would highly recommend a stay here.

For what I wanted and needed it was great. Loved the sea/beach. The food was as expected. My negatives the lifts, by the time I had suitcases and four people in the lift it was tiny. Ended up sending lift with suitcases and using stairs. Even one point the lift failed with the four of us in... They just don't seem fit for purpose. Not only that if you then meet another family whilst using.... The food seemed all crammed together, so seemed a battle field when there was lots of people. We'd been to the beach and the floor was a tad sandy, when the room was cleaned.. Still there I tried to sweep with my foot. That was the only reason I marked it down on cleanliness

We booked an apartment at this hotel as a last minute break and were extremely happy with it considering how much we paid. The apartments are in a block opposite the main hotel, it has its own pool, bar and food facilities however I believe that patrons can also use the main hotel's facilities too. The apartment was a reasonable size and was equipped with a hob, kettle and microwave. There are small supermarkets nearby and an Aldi 10 mins walk away. The best thing about this hotel is that it's situated overlooking the main beaches and therefore it's close to all of the bars and restaurants too. I would definitely return

Will stay there again. We loved the location, All the staff was great, the entertainment staff was so good wanting to know where we were from asking questions!! Husband even won a prize!! The front staff so helpful, kitchen amazing crew, pool lifeguard was friendly, loved it all!! Price was great too, we had the all inclusive package!! Enjoyed going across street too to the other Leonardo Suites for a different look!! Staff there was great too!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay there!! 100% will be back.

We stayed at the hotel for my husbands 40th birthday and it was such a lovely 4 nights. The reception staff were extremely helpful and supportive. A member of staff who made our stay very memorable was Alberto who was part of the entertainment staff I believe. He was extremely friendly and made us have such a laugh throughout the stay. He put his all into all the different activities that he was part off from Darts, to the children entertainment or Bingo he was always smiling and happy to have a chat and a laugh. We loved that the room was regularly cleaned and towels were changed. We will be certainly be staying there again.

We were very happy with our suite, which had a separate living room area, and a decent sized balcony. Rooms were clean, cleaned daily. and there was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us which was a lovely touch. If you get the sea front view it is stunning - however you don't get the sun on your balcony if that is what you are looking for. Fridge in room, great powerful shower. Comfortable beds, and plenty of wardrobe space. Drinks can be pricey, 22 euro for 2 vodka on one occasion.

Would highly recommended this hotel fantastic location, we will be visiting again in the future, amazing view over the harbour

Fantastic location for beach and nightlife of Palma Nova and Magaluf. The hotel had stunning views and perfect location. We were in the suites on the opposite side of the road, this block had a lovely bar and smaller quiet pool area. Apartment was first class

I spent a few nights here and will definitely come back. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to nice restaurants, 2/3 beaches, supermarkets, bars and live music. There are quite a few outside areas to sit out in the evening to admire the view. Food was excellent. The room was overall very nice and comfortable. There were a lot of marks on the walls and cigarettes were left on the balcony ashtray, after 3/4 days I emptied it myself. They were only small things to note, as the room was large and the views from the balcony were great. Highly recommended if you’re looking for all inclusive at a reasonable price and in a central location to everything.

Food and drinks always fresh and kept topped up with no limits on drinks although all inclusive ended at 11.30pm Friendly helpful staff everywhere Beautiful sea views from almost every room. Room cleaned every day. We weren't told that we could use the other hotel across the street until someone told us this on the last day. It would have been helpful if we had been able to do a late checkout as our transfer was late afternoon but it was just a no, Just a suggestion, maybe give guests a key card that operates the pool side toilets once checked out

Very enjoyable stay at the Leonardo Location great for the quiet life of palma nova or a bit more upbeat in magaluf. Food v good. San Miguel on draft. Entertainment v good A very enjoyable four days had by us

Everyone was brilliant at the hotel, however, the little points as mentioned above, do let you down from being better. The little things, will make a big difference for sure

Well located hotel inbetween Palma Nova and Magaluf, spectacular views, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms good size, but some of the furniture is a bit tired, balcony very small. Breakfast very good, large selection - nice fresh omlettes and pancakes made while you wait. Plenty of lovely restaurants on the beach front - spoilt for choice. Pool was very cold end of September, sea was warmer - there are steps ftom pool area directly to the sea - fabulous ! Not enough sunbeds, as struggled to get them. Went to Palma on local bus €4, run every 15 mins and only takes 25mins, well worth it. Lovely long walks all along the beach fronts - in both directions. There are 3 Leonardo hotels located virtually next to one another, went and had a look in the other 2 - one was directly opposite (no see views - seemed like apartments based around a smallish pool). The other was a short work further up the hill and looked nice, overlooking the sea. Hadn't realised there were 3, definitely think we got the better located one!

Good experience if no brief and easily accessible to local amenities

the hotel is in a lovely position with great views. The quality of food & choice is excellent. The restaurant staff & chefs do a brilliant job. We were all inclusive with Jet 2 and found it to be good value for money. Parts of the hotel including the rooms are a tad tired and would benefit from an upgrade when it is closed for the winter. We would definitely return 😃

I’m not sure of his name but an older man at the front desk (not much hair sorry) was very kind and lovely and helped us multiple times with taxis into town giving us lots of details and a really friendly welcome. They also came to our door to give my sister champagne for her birthday , which was very unexpected and so kind.

Hotel is lovely and right on the beach, perfectly located for the beach and bars and 30 minutes by direct transfer to the airport. The staff are all amazing and polite. The hotel food was good with lots of variety, and the drinks variety was also great. The room needed a small bit of TLC with a constantly dripping shower and chipped sink, but good mattress and fairly clean overall. For the price we would be back again. Lovely hotel staff, can't praise them enough.

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Food and drink on the all inclusive 😋 was brilliant great chose enough for any one. Room was very and the cleaning team where great the room had a few bits of damage but nothing to ruin my stay. Loved the hotel so much that our next getaway we are now looking to stay in another Leonardo hotel in Ibiza

Pleasant stay no early check in or late check out only fault so the hotel was extremely busy and couldn’t accommodate

we stayed in the hotel as 2 couples and it was incredible, firstly the view from our balcony was amazing (we stayed in room 510) we didn’t pay for a specific view but still got an incredible view of son matias beach which was a lovely surprise, the reception people were incredibly kind and accommodating, the main pool was rather cold but we did come at the end of September so i imagine it would be refreshing in the peak of summer, you have direct access to the sea from the pool area which was very warm so it wasn’t much of an issue for us. the drinks at the pool bar were really nice, the cocktails were weak but spirits and mixers were available so you’re better off asking for specific drinks rather than the cocktails on draft (they aren’t shy when pouring the drinks). We got all inclusive and were concerned about reviews saying we could only have 3 alcoholic drinks but after a quick email they confirmed this was an old rule. The best part about the hotel was definitely the location, literally right next to the beach and the views were just incredible.

The lady in the pool bar was excellent Most other staff members were good. The sun bed situation in the morning is dire. People putting towels down and not using the sun bed all day. The WiFi is very poor All meals were excellent food was warm with plenty of choice. Would return if they sorted the sun bed situation and improved the WiFi In general we had a good stay

Had a Seaview room and it was worth paying for this. The view was amazing.
