Will stay there again. We loved the location, All the staff was great, the entertainment staff was so good wanting to know where we were from asking questions!! Husband even won a prize!! The front staff so helpful, kitchen amazing crew, pool lifeguard was friendly, loved it all!! Price was great too, we had the all inclusive package!! Enjoyed going across street too to the other Leonardo Suites for a different look!! Staff there was great too!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay there!! 100% will be back.

We were very happy with our suite, which had a separate living room area, and a decent sized balcony. Rooms were clean, cleaned daily. and there was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us which was a lovely touch. If you get the sea front view it is stunning - however you don't get the sun on your balcony if that is what you are looking for. Fridge in room, great powerful shower. Comfortable beds, and plenty of wardrobe space. Drinks can be pricey, 22 euro for 2 vodka on one occasion.

Would highly recommended this hotel fantastic location, we will be visiting again in the future, amazing view over the harbour

Fantastic location for beach and nightlife of Palma Nova and Magaluf. The hotel had stunning views and perfect location. We were in the suites on the opposite side of the road, this block had a lovely bar and smaller quiet pool area. Apartment was first class

I spent a few nights here and will definitely come back. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to nice restaurants, 2/3 beaches, supermarkets, bars and live music. There are quite a few outside areas to sit out in the evening to admire the view. Food was excellent. The room was overall very nice and comfortable. There were a lot of marks on the walls and cigarettes were left on the balcony ashtray, after 3/4 days I emptied it myself. They were only small things to note, as the room was large and the views from the balcony were great. Highly recommended if you’re looking for all inclusive at a reasonable price and in a central location to everything.

Food and drinks always fresh and kept topped up with no limits on drinks although all inclusive ended at 11.30pm Friendly helpful staff everywhere Beautiful sea views from almost every room. Room cleaned every day. We weren't told that we could use the other hotel across the street until someone told us this on the last day. It would have been helpful if we had been able to do a late checkout as our transfer was late afternoon but it was just a no, Just a suggestion, maybe give guests a key card that operates the pool side toilets once checked out

Very enjoyable stay at the Leonardo Location great for the quiet life of palma nova or a bit more upbeat in magaluf. Food v good. San Miguel on draft. Entertainment v good A very enjoyable four days had by us

Overall a great place to stay. Would recommend and go again.

Everything perfect about our stay apart from the frequent smell of sewage outside and inside our room.

Will be coming back next year. All staff were really friendly. The pool was amazing. Sea was amazing too. Will be returning next year.

We were very impressed with The Leonardo Royal hotel. The location and overall experience was in our view, very good. The staff were very friendly, greeting with smiles. The restaurant waiters were very attentive. The food was better than we were expecting. We had most of our meals, in the restaurant. Which we never usually do, even with AI as it can be repetitive. We only had one evening meal in an Indian restaurant off site. Our only recommendation would be to label the buttons in the lifts taking you down to the beach. 6 for reception and 0 for beach/pool. As we were not the only guests to travel on all floors and getting lost. Just a simple lable on the numbers, would make all the difference. Thank you for a lovely relaxing holiday.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel is a true gem. Perched above Palmanova Bay, it boasts a stunning location with direct access to Son Matias Beach and is just a short stroll from the lively beaches of Magaluf. The hotel itself is a beacon of modernity and cleanliness, from the moment you step into the welcoming atrium. The staff at reception were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was a comfortable retreat, with two beds, a sofa, and a balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the bay. It was well-equipped with a safe, a fridge, and a kettle, and the daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. The food was a highlight, with a diverse and good-quality buffet for both breakfast and dinner. I particularly enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which added a fun twist to the dining experience. However, the dining felt a bit rushed, as the restaurant closed promptly at 9:30 PM, leaving no room for a leisurely Spanish-style meal. It was also a shame there was no outdoor seating for dining, which would have been perfect for enjoying the sea views. Thankfully, the hotel bar and the many beachside bars along the promenade offered lovely spots for a relaxed drink after dinner. The hotel’s amenities, including a well-equipped gym, are a great bonus. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location, friendly staff, and top-notch facilities, the Leonardo Royal Hotel is an excellent choice. Just be mindful of the early closurr for dinner service and the lack of al fresco dining.

Had an amazing brilliant check in and looked after for entirety of trip by all reception staff. From check in to check out they were brilliant. Courteous, informative and Hospitable. Top class and deserve a hotel fitting of their qualities.

Love the hotel have been going here for years missed a couple 1st time back since then My room dusty on the wall lights next to the bed fridge needs a new one leaks water and shelves in the door broken but still loved my holiday and will be back

Fantastic Staff and service. Clean pool, location of hotel and all food excellent.

Great location. WiFi should be available at the pool. Not enough sunloungers for all guests. Chefs and housekeepers also were all very friendly.

Trying to get a lift down stairs became a nightmare in the mornings when room cleaning staff would block them all with trolleys

A short but memorable stay- fantastic staff all round and a lovely hotel location. The sunbed game was wild, trust the reviews of it actually being like the hunger games! For the size of the hotel, there isn’t enough sunbeds but appreciate limited space. Overall definitely worth staying there with the excellent customer service!

We had an amazing time at your beautiful hotel. The views of the sea and being able to swim directly into the sea was fantastic. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, a special shout out to your staff that organised the activities such as Kayaking, archery and water polo, they were exceptional and added a huge element of fun to the holiday. We will definitely be returning.

Our stay at this hotel left the most pleasant impressions. I would like to highlight the work of the entire staff: the reception was always friendly and helpful, the restaurant offered delicious food with attentive service. The bartenders worked quickly and cheerfully, always with a smile. The animators created a wonderful atmosphere — fun and engaging. The housekeeping staff kept everything clean and cozy, working seamlessly and with quality. You can truly feel that guests are valued here and every effort is made to provide a comfortable stay. The best view in Palma Nova! Dip in the sea, pool or just sea view this place is beautiful. Good selection of food.

Fantastic family stay. Hotel is a gem for families

Following an unfortunate incident with another guest just as we arrived at the hotel Manager Daniel and reception staff were excellent and managed the situation very well - the people involved were dealt with appropriately and moved to a different hotel. The rest of our stay was outstanding and will definitely return.

Mauro and the other staff member who brought out kayaks and paddle boards, extremely knowledgeable and funny while being informative about the area.

Great views, nice pool area, good breakfast, clean hotel, good facilities

Saardina helped us and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. He was in both pool side bar and bar on the level 1 and always greeting and smiling at every customer. Reception and restaurant staffs were also very welcoming and made our stay more memorable. We will be back again hopefully in the future. Only downside was the sun-beds were always full with the towels placed upon it.

I stayed here as a group of 3 friends this is an amazing hotel, with amazing staff and probably the best selection and quality of food I’ve ever had in a hotel But and it’s a big but- sun loungers around the pool are scarce as people put there towels down early in the morning then leave them there all day only showing u for an hour or 2. I asked the pool lifeguard if we could move some of them and he was adamant with a no despite there being a sign that says sunloungers cannot be reserved Out of the 5 days we stayed, we only got sunloungers on 2 days- not good when you’re a paying customer like everyone else If it wasn’t for this issue, I’d have given it a 10/10

Great location fantastic staff and service hotel is getting a little dated again however I did stay here over 20 years ago when it was a 3 star will be back again next year ps any chance of a free stay please 👍👍
