It was our second stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Kraków, and we will surely return! I really enjoyed that bottle of champagne waiting for us in our apartment—a perfect gift for being a member of the Leonardo Advantage Club. The room was just as good as last time Very friendly staff. One thing that could be improved: it's a shame there weren't regular scrambled eggs cooked in butter, but mini omelettes instead (not the best, by the way).

Igor the receptionist was amazing in the beginning the other reception staff we're good but not as welcoming, funny and informative as he was, I recommend Igor all the way, the rooms were good as well as the breakfast, WiFi and gym were also good for the space

Great location; 20mins from airport to nearest bus stop 'Jubilat' which a 5mins walk to the hotel and 10mins walk to the old town for food and drinks Hotel was lovely and quiet; very relaxing. Staff were all very pleasant and on hand if I had a query. Bedroom was compact and cosy ( bedroom was very warm just to be aware even though I tried to adjust the controls) Hotels was excellent value for money; as a Solo traveller, I pay a lot for a basic room in major cities. This hotel exceeded my expectations and more and I got value for money for the 4 nights I stayed.

We had a 3 day stay here and it couldn’t have been better. We received a warm welcome on our arrival and went straight to our room and wow, what a room. We stayed in a suite which was both spacious and cosy. We had a huge super king bed, two bathrooms, fluffy robes, a double jacuzzi bath and a generous living space with a large sofa, dining area, desk/workspace, kitchenette with coffee machine. We also received a welcome bottle of bubbles which was very thoughtful. Roughly a ten minute walk to the old town but in a very peaceful location. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, even calling restaurants to make bookings for us. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Perfect location for a city break, within walking distance to the Old Town Square. Warm and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast available at about £15 per head, convenient with plenty of choice if you enjoy continental breakfast. Hot food not very good selection and husband said not very hot. Waffle maker was a nice touch, especially if you have children, plenty of toppings.

A birthday celebration to remember! 10/10 service from all of the staff who worked there over the last couple of days. Early check in was granted alongside a lovely birthday surprise in room when we got there. We received a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. The hotel is kept to a high standard, it’s quiet so you would definitely get a good nights sleep with very little disturbances. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of cold meats, preserved fruits and hot food. The fresh herbal teas were a great touch alongside the crepes and waffle station. Central location- walking distance to town and all the shop's.

This hotel was a hidden gem, after doing lots of research I must say this was a hotel I’d go back too not just for location but for the hotel staff and the food in the restaurant was beautiful. There was no noise at nightfall, it’s only a 10min walk to the main square and great for public transport and the main pickup point for trips. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it.

After a really disappointing experience with my original accommodation in Krakow — which was dirty and completely unsuitable — I was in a panic to find somewhere else at short notice. Thankfully, I managed to book this hotel on the day, and it turned out to be an absolute blessing in disguise. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating, making what had been a stressful situation feel completely resolved. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. My room was clean, fresh, and felt really relaxing — exactly what I needed after a chaotic start to my trip. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The location was also great for exploring Krakow, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more. If you’re visiting Krakow and want somewhere clean, lovely, and hassle-free, this is a fantastic choice. I’d happily stay here again!

We had a great stay! Staff were amazing, friendly, smily, they assisted us the best way possible before even we arrived. Thank you Karol for your recommendations and assistance. The girl who checked us was great, helped us with a city map and answered all out questions. The room was big and warm, with a huge corner view. Breakfast was good too. Had a nice variety of cold and warm plates and an amazing tea station! Location is great too, close to tram and bus stations. Just a view minutes from a supermarket, Vistula river and the old city. We had an amazing stay! Thank you all!

We booked a suite (510) at this amazing hotel for 5N & it was the best decision we made while visiting Krakow. Where the hotel is situated is perfect for sightseeing, the bar was small but great - but the main reason I write this & would visit again is the room/suite we had - it was absolutely fantastic, like 5 ⭐️ plus. Staff very nice

although we were relocated to another hotel for 1 night, we were totally satisfied with the services you made additionally on the second day (apologies, additional fruit and sweets, breakfast free of charges). You made our second day really good one! I will not forget it and please note that I was a liitle annoying on my first day, because I was really tired since I was driving for 9,5 hours.

In general, we liked the hotel. It is centrally located, in walking distance of the almost complete city. We didn't take breakfast, so cannot comment about it. Value for money could be a bit better. Cleanliness was OK, except the toilets at the lobby. The biggest problem we had was with the ventilation of our room, there was no possibility to open windows and the HVAC system was blowing warm air into the room.

Great location, approx 10 minute walk from main square. Hotel is absolutely spotless clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend.

Just returned from our trip and would recommend the hotel, slightly out of the main square area but a nice walk. The staff were very helpful in arranging some trips and directions to local bars and restaurants.

The hotel and staff were first class. My only fault is that being from Ireland/Britain the breakfast was disappointing but everything else was first class. Thank you

Only issue we had was a drain smell that developed when the air conditioning was switched off and no window that could be opened The staff are all young but super helpful and professional

All in all, my stay was very pleasant. Thank you! At arrival I was given a discount for a glass of wine with a meal, which I did not use, because I had a beer with my meal. Perhpas this offer could be a glass of wine or beer? I didn't need room service, which according to the hotel would be awarded by a glass of wine. I have no idea when this wine would have been offered, but then again I had no need for the wine and I would have in any case chosen no room service during my short stay.

Angelika was so friendly towards us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed staying here in a lovely hotel situated in a quiet cul de sac. I highly recommend this hotel as a base to explore the sights of Krakow.

The hotel was in the city centre, in a very good location. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the shower good, and the appliances good, too.Before our trip, the hotel staff booked a tour to Auschwitz—Birkenau for us, so everything was organised before our travel.Bottled water was added every day, too, which was a good touch. Breakfast was good, and there was a lot of food to choose from. The hotel and reception staff were amazing and very helpful. I especially remember one young man—unfortunately, I forgot his name—who was working on 17 July.He helped us book a trip to the salt mines and a taxi. However, every staff member we met at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.If we ever return to Krakow, we will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you all for making our visit to Krakow very pleasant. P.S the Tv in the room was good as well and when log in we could watch some Netflix.

Excellent hotel. The pillows could be a bit better, but it was not a serious problem. Just the only thing I can think of to make it a perfet 10 for me. It's a 9,5 from me!!

Stayed with my teenage son. Fabulous room, great gym with Technogym equipment. Close to everything. Felt a really lived in area which was so nice . Really friendly staff.
