Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore Frankfurt, great connectivity to the Frankfurt airport, rooms are spacious and well-done, easy& direct access without steps, family-friendly, not crowded during breakfast as there is enough seating, adequate lifts so it all adds to the convenience.

From the amazing and efficient check in experience with Damjan who is wonderfully professional and eloquent employee, to breakfast staff and to check out, I am not just going to visit again, but recommend the Hotel to everyone who is visiting Frankfurt. Give that employee Damjan an rise, he is more than worth it!

The gym is almost a joke, to small and missing some standard equipment in hotel gym. Flextower, tower pull Down.

Good hotel if you don't mind being away from shoos n large restaurant choice in walking distance. The beds are really soft though, so if that's a problem it could mean you don't get a good sleep. Tea making facilities would be good I rooms, not just a coffee pod machine.

We booked a superior room which was of a good size and well equipped. The staff were all extremely helpful and very kind. We used the bar most nights and found it a relaxing experience and I cannot pray the staff too highly. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. We took breakfast as couple of times and found the buffet selection very good. The evening menu is simple but more than adequate plus the food and service were of a very high standard. The hotel is situated in a non-residential area and so there is nothing in the immediate area although a number 104 bus will take you to the centre of Offenbach. I recommend this hotel very highly.

We stopped over for one night in a spacious family room. Great amenities which included a fridge. Fantastic beds and bedding which made for a wonderful night sleep for us all. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others. Thanks 😄

sehr gut, but the info about the parking, the question about the parking, was not present. It was a young boy who i asked for more info. He changed the parking ticket to 3 day ticket and returned it without giving me the details. I think he was afraid to talk english with me. He did not understand very well what i was asking for.

We arrived at the hotel later as planned, but there seems that there always is a receptionist at almost any time. We checked in beforehand to save time and after we arrived in our room, we were stunned. The room was very spacious and clean. The shower is amazing and definetely big enough. However, while showering, some water gets to the rest of the bathroom (like just over the shower part) but nothing too bad. We had two seperate beds and 3 pillows. The pillows are really thick and I would have prefered a smaller one, but it was still okay. There is also an airco which we really needed in the summer. This is one of the hotels I would like to return to. Downstairs there is a vending machine but I find the prices a tad too expensive for me.

As a regular visitor to Frankfurt and always staying here at Leonardo Offenbach, this is the best hotel in the area. I always get very warm welcome by the wonderful friendly staff. This time I requested coffee to the room and despite not having room service reception and bar staff made exception for me. I cannot recommend this hotel enough it’s worth everything. This is third time staying in suite in 3 months and it always gets better. Definitely staying here again in my next trip over summers. I am a huge fan here!

everything regarding hotel is excellent but, making reservation of the room for the same is a terrible since hotel/reception cannot do it directly it took a couple of day waiting for the email replay and after that receive information that there is no room, so we loose lot of time and energy for simple room reservation as a frequent gust every single time please do improvement on this

Helping , giving us information how to go to frankfurt airport with Bahn and how much time we need to airport. So we have time go around the city. We will come back again here in Frankfurt .

I was greeted warmly by Lana and Violetta at reception. Such amazing girls who made me so comfortable and offered early check in to my suite. They were cheerful and very welcoming. Deserve a raise, hotel management! I loved my stay.

We stayed only for one night. The bed was very cozy. Everything was good!

Everyone's expectations and understanding of comfort may vary. I slept very comfortably. I am not someone who has high expectations. But silence is very important. The hotel was generally peaceful and quiet. I have been staying at this hotel for two years. All the staff from the reception to the restaurant welcome us like guests in their home. When there is a problem, they contribute to the solution of the problem with extra energy. Thank you.

As a regular visitor I always feel like a valued customer and the staff are always friendly and helpful. This week I arrived early to the hotel and the reception team were great, they offered me my room earlier than the usual check in time which was really helpful as I had more luggage than I usually travel with.

A smile on once face always adds to the hospitality especially in the business that you are in.

The perfect stay! Top value for your money! Nice big and clean rooms. Friendly staff, a breakfast with a lot to choose from and parking in front of the building.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Leonardo. We came for football tournament and stayed two nights. Room was very modern, clean and spacious. Coffee machine, water, very fine beds, everything was top notch. Subway and bus in the area. We would come again.

Mistakenly I was booked twice which I also brought to the notice of the Front Office Manager. Unfortunately the amount hasn't been credited to my credit card. Requesting who so ever in charge to kindly do the needful.

The reception staff was very friendly and competent when checking in and checking out. I was very surprised by the size of the room for the price and was very happy about it. I've paid a lot more for maybe just a quarter of the room. Everything was clean. Due to hot weather, it was very warm in the room. The air conditioner wasnt that cool, as I wished, but it was ok for 2 days. The breakfast had typical food and the staff was also very friendly. Overall very recommendable. :)
