Re restaurant evening meals somewhat bland lacking in options and mainly Luke warm Lack of entertainment is a downside While happy hour is a good idea and great to see it's return time allocated not great re dining

I had a great stay at this hotel in Fuengirola, Málaga. The room was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly, from reception to the restaurant and bar. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a lot of variety. The bar was a nice place to relax, especially with the happy hour and live music. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel and will probably visit again.

We stayed at the Leonardo as a family of 4 during October half term break We were impressed with the hotel the location, rooms, staff etc. Breakfast was fab, everything on offer even a chocolate fountain!! We were half board so evening meal was included but I was not so impressed. For me it was variety, the fist couple of evenings was fine then I got a bit bored. It would have cost us 18 euros pp (not sure if there was a kids price) I think I would have preferred to eat outside. Having said that the kids thought it was great the chocolate fountain was there again with all the sweets and bits. The only other thing to point out is the swimming pool, it was very small, compared to the size of the hotel, in the summer you would be fighting for a bed and even to swim in it. My daughter went in it, not sure if it was supposed to be heated but it wasn't on the day she tried it needless to say she was in and out in within minutes. Overall this was a lovely hotel and I would happily recommend it to friends and point out the two things I mentioned, most people eat out anyway and the sea is a stones throw away.

Lovely hotel and staff. Great location. Room 932 had a lovely view from the balcony. Only negatives where the pillows a bit flat and hard and the finish in the toilet needs a bit of TLC but would definitely recommend this hotel

Very good and elegant hotel near beach. Breakfast was very good and varied.

I was VERY impressed with the super white towels and the perfect clean linen on the bed. I had one of the best night's sleep! Bathroom very clean. We did'nt use the shower and very little water by the sink and toilet. We were very aware of the water shortage. The buffet was a TOTAL shock ! There was SO MUCH food that I did'nt know where to start looking. Such a choice !!!And so well displayed and prepared. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Plenty of choice for breakfasts and evening meals, only thing I would add is to include water as standard and then pay if you want drinks but didn't really see the drink menus at meal times.

stayed here 3 timed, clean hotel and friendly staff. rooms with sea view are fantastic. lovely shower and english TV. central to bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the train station

We normally stay in smaller hotels but this was lovely. It was very clean, the pool was nice and the room was big. Bed very comfortable. We were particularly well welcomed by all the staff. Particularly Loly who served us in the bar. And a young guy who was working at night on 26th Jan. And then did our checkout on 27th early in the morning. We accidentally left a “do not disturb” on our door one day, but the housekeeping staff left a note saying not to hesitate if we needed towels etc. This was a nice touch. Also reception will happily serve you a bottle of wine after the bar has closed (only full bottles) which was also nice when arriving back at the hotel late after a long day of travelling around the region.

I had a great stay this weekend for 2 nights, staff were absolutely fantastic on reception especially Vanessa. I wouldn't hesitate on returning.

The hotel is modern, the rooms with sea views are the best. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is the best feature, walking distance from great restaurants and shops, and the sandy beach is just across the road.

Booked a deluxe double sea view room. Views from 11th floor were amazing. Hotel is very central to all of Fuengirola's bars and restaurants and directly overlooks the harbour and nearby beach. Room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Valeria on reception gave us a very friendly welcome. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The pool area is nice but in November only saw limited sun due to other buildings and the water was a bit too cold for my liking. Overall, really good hotel and would definitely use again.

Overall happy with the Hotel the only thing I would complain about is the paid parking. The state of the garage was not what I would expect at the price of 20 euro’s a night Very few marked bays . It is obviously going through changes but this should have been explained. On a final note I would happily return.

I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband is a wheelchair user and the room we had was adapted to a high standard. The location is ideal, only one minute from the very long promenade. Fuengirola is ideal for anyone disabled, families and couples. The staff were the best we have ever met and always had a smile 😃 . Breakfast was good.We were B&B. Hope to go again..

Hi, Our stay at the Leonardo Fuengirola was very good except for the comment below about the Spa area. I hate to complain but today experience at Calma was very poor. Both Sauna and steam room were switched off/ at very low temperature. I informed by the lady at the desk they take 10 minutes to heat up they actually took 40 minutes to heat up. The sauna is off poor standard, boards coming off the wall near heating unit, nails protruding on wooden seat which may cause harm to a client. Dirty perspect glass above swimming pool area, Dirty nozzle on jet water pipe. The attendant was quick to point out that I had 10 minutes left it's a pity that attention to detail wasn't evident with the sauna and steamroom.

Amazing hotel, friendly, helpful staff, beautiful room with a great view. Carolina the restaurant waitress is an amazing asset to this hotel, me and my mum looked forward to visiting the restaurant just to see Carolina's beautiful smile and great service/interaction. Sergio the restaurant manager was also amazing and made sure we had a variety of vegetarian options as there was no halal menu, he even made the chef cook us fresh fish, nothing was to much. The spa was also an amazing experience, can't wait to come back with my whole family.

A lovely hotel, we would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Not much to say apart from excellent/warm/friendly

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, food and staff. We will definitely come back there especially because of the staff, as I said before, Giulia was the best. I even felt sorry when we left and knew we won't see her, our little boy, after meeting her, wanted to stay longer because of her. Its great how she managed to get so close to him in such a short time. Vicky and Loly were also great. Thank you guys, we will definitely come back.

5* service from check-in to check-out. Hotel reception+bar area very welcoming, service first class. Friday evenings have free live entertainment on. Breakfast has a considerable amount of choices including champagne + chocolate fountain; one of the best breakfasts we've experienced throughout the years and Europe. Central to pretty much everything; car parking is either on the streets (where there's a space), or a very close underground car park for a fee. We chose the latter, as we felt it was safer.

A hardworking emplyee during Christmas too and whom I apreciate much. My best wishes to her.

Very helpful staff, outstanding breakfast and good localisation. The room was clean and sunny.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights. Very comfortable rooms beds are excellent and plenty of pillows.. we used the spa which is great, staff very helpful. Staff at bar very nice and also reception. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come here again
