1. Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market

Location: Bebelplatz (temporarily relocated from Gendarmenmarkt)
Dates: November 24, 2025 – December 31, 2025

One of Berlin’s most elegant Christmas markets, the Gendarmenmarkt event is set among beautiful architecture. Between the German Cathedral, French Cathedral and the Konzerthaus, visitors find rows of stalls selling handmade crafts, candles and winter treats. 2. Christmas Market at the Berlin City Hall

Location: Rathausstraße, near Alexanderplatz

This market, located next to the Rotes Rathaus (City Hall), is one of the most central and family-friendly in Berlin. A highlight is the large ice rink circling the Neptune Fountain, where both beginners and pros can enjoy skating. If you prefer something a little smaller and more intimate, head to the Lucia Christmas Market in the old Kulturbrauerei complex. Inspired by Scandinavian traditions, it celebrates light and warmth in the heart of winter. Try Swedish Glögg, taste reindeer sausage and browse stalls filled with Nordic crafts. 4. Historical Christmas Market at the RAW Compound

Location: Revaler Straße 99, Friedrichshain
Dates: November 13, 2025 – December 22, 2025

This market has a unique medieval twist. At the RAW-Gelände in Friedrichshain, jugglers, acrobats and musicians fill the air with lively entertainment. You can try your hand at archery, buy handmade gifts or enjoy hearty food cooked over open flames. 6. Breitscheidplatz Christmas Market

Location: Breitscheidplatz, near Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church
