Great value for money! Clean , organised and amazing service. Far enough outside the city but close enough to get to central.

Hotel is excellent, Staff is it's best advantage, but localisation is also great. Breakfast are of good variety, great quality and tastes. The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud. And the equipement needs to be modernised.

Air-conditioning in one of our rooms seemed to stop working but otherwise our stay was fantastic! Complimentary capsules and bottles of water were also a nice touch.

Our 4 nights stay at the hotel was lovely. We checked in at midnight (due to late flight) , the check in process was a breeze. We got a lovely room on the 17th floor, with a beautiful view of the city - we could see Sagrada Familia in the distance. Room was clean, maintenance and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Large bed, good quality mattress , etc. Location of hotel is slightly on outskirts, but very convienient - bus stop is just 100 mtrs, tram stop is couple of blocks away, and in 25 mins, you are in the city. The Diagonal mall is right opposite the hotel, and it is a bustling mall with the usual stores, forecourt and a grocery supermarket as well. The area looked pretty safe, even at late evenings.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, making us feel truly special. Our room was spotless, spacious and had a lovely view. The breakfast was really fantastic and delicious. The service was prompt and friendly, a perfect place for our holiday. Highly recommend! Best regards!

Easy reach of Barcelona highlights but in a lovely neighbourhood Excellent hotel and amazing sea views

We tried to charge two meals to the room, but the charges were not accepted resulting in me having to pay from on board my cruise after leaving port. Confusing and inconvenient…

The hotel is nice, the room we got was good, beautiful view of Barca. The bathroom could use some repair, but nothing too special. There is a shopping center, a tram stop and also the metro nearby, so we got where we wanted without any problems. The reception was great, but I don't remember the name of the lady, but I praise everyone. I believe we will be back soon.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good clean property, good location close to transit/hop on hop off bus, 30 minutes to Rambla and other points of interest. Across the street from a major mall with a large grocery store. Breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food options.

Very beautiful hotel! Who kindly decorated the room for my Mums birthday with balloons and sweets. Clean, beautiful views. Easy access to the centre with the hop on - hop off bus just located outside the hotel. Huge shopping centre opposite the hotel with lots of food choice.

We booked a suite room with Jacuzzi. The view from our room covered the seafront and the city view. Room and beds were very spacious. Cleaness of the room was excellent. The cleaners came everyday in the afternoon and kept the room clean as if it is our first day. Breakfast staff and service was excellent. They even gave us a breakfast bag for four of us on our last day as our flight was early morning and we checked out at 6am. The location was alo perfect, metro and tram were 3 to 4min walking distance. Shopping mall was right in front hotel with amazing food courts and play area for kids. Overall our stay was amazing.
