Great hotel in Augsburg for a business trip. Located within walking distance to city centre (approx 15-20 min), or excellent access to tram network. Nice, spacious and modern rooms and lovely staff. The hotel breakfast is varied and of high quality. Overall great experience and we will be back!

The whole experience was great. The ladies on reception were really welcoming and the food and beverage department is a model for all others to follow. The breakfast was fabulous, there were no queues and all items were of very high quality and constantly replenished. Best of all, the design including soft placemats made it peaceful even when full. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel. The whole hotel was well designed and spotlessly clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Wifi, Aircon, Bathroom, Parking, everything great, thank you!

the only caveat was that I was told at arrival (around 9pm) that the hotel was fully booked and despite a valid reservation could only be offered a handicapped room. Not a big deal, but still strange when you booked a room which is then not available.

Secure parking beneath hotel was a great start. Reception staff very welcoming. Room perfect it was designed to make use of all space and decorated with a mixture of textures and colour. Had the best nights sleep in a long while. Bathroom great, vanity mirror a plus, good shower. Breakfast had a mixed of hot and cold continental items and a wow for fresh fruit salad. Bar staff professional and excellent hospitality hosts a big well done to them. Overall an excellent experience which I wish you could bottle, will definitely be visiting again.

It started with a very good signed way to the parking and good lightened parking area. Hotel staff very friendly at check inn and bar. Point deduction at check inn only for your system: I have filled out online-check Inn with company invoice adres. BUT your system was not able to handle it so I had to do it again face to face. Room great and clean. Bar was perfect stay. Unfortunately again your system that did not want to print out ticket for payments. But your helpful people, especially the lady, made it happen after one other Bitburger beer! Both days in the morning I arrived in the breakfast room and no more Salami. But oth days fast reaction of the employees. Check out perfect with tunisian lady in french language. MERCI beaucoup. IF IT system would have worked the stay would have been Champions League first place!!

The room was nice, clean and an average size for a European hotel. Breakfast was great even though we had to eat standing up because the restaurant was so crowded. Staff was very professional and helpful. The one issue I had with the room was the bathroom door which provided little privacy (glass pocket door) and the bed is too close to the bathroom. It is fine if you’re traveling alone but not if you are sharing with another person. That was just not a good floor plan. In the bathroom the hair dryer is plugged in the bottom drawer making it difficult to dry your hair standing up because the cord is too short. It should be plugged in on the wall for easy access. Other than that, it was great.

The overall experience was very good. Good food, friendly staff and wonderful room - I would certainly recommend this hotel. Even though I was unlucky with the constant noise of something like a faulty aircon (sounded like a loose bit that was in rotation all the time), I noticed that the rooms are generally soundproof otherwise, which is not always something you can be sure of in hotels in general. Knowing that the hotel was fully booked, I heard no sound from other occupants - and I must stress that the hotel crew did everything they could to rectify the situation (trying to get a technician on short notice, moving me to another room when they were fully booked etc), so this should not be a couse of concern if wondering whether to choose this hotel for a stay. Note: the design of the rooms is really nice, the Wifi is fast + easy to access and i fell in love with the porridge at the breakfast buffet :-)

We really enjoyed our stay in your junior suite. There was plenty of room. The only thing I would maybe change would either put a topper on the sofa bed or instead of the enormous walk-in wardrobe, put a single bed in there. All the staff we met were so friendly, polite and helpful. The connections to the city center were excellent with a tram metres from the hotel. Excellent underground parking. It feels like everything was thought of to make the stay as comfortable as possible for your guests. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will be back and we have already recommended you to many people!

We only stayed one night on our way to Slovenia, but the hotel was great! Modern, nice big rooms, super clean and very good food. I specifically wanted a room with a fridge to keep our food and drinks cold for the roadtrip ahead. So along with all the other things, nothing else we could wish for. Would recommend.

A really nice stay with everything I needed. Really helpful having EV charging in the car park, which was safe and complimentary.

We liked the hotel and the location which suited us on our way to Austria. The atmosphere in the hotel was very welcoming and all the staff were very helpful. The breakfast had everything you could need too and the restaurant for our evening meal was very good

The rooms were very clean, the staff was nice and efficient, and the breakfast was amazing.

Travelling with our family dog, finding such welcoming personnel and a hotel with all amenities we would require was much appreciated. Car parking was easy to access and alternative convenient tram services to the town centre very useful. We especially enjoyed taking our Pet to the zoo.

A very pleasant stay, close to the center and next to a park. A very nice city. Everything was perfect.

Nice room and great facilities including a roof top bar. The breakfast had a great variety of food.

As I was in Augsburg for the first time to attend an event around the Mazda Museum, the choice of hotel was as close as possible to the Museum and with parking space inside. Even though the city center is a sizeable walk away from the hotel, I would choose it for a future stay for a number of reasons: nice hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, very good food at the restaurant and a really well organised and serviced bar. Not to forget the rooms with all amenities that I expected. I did not have the opportunity to dine outside in the inner court, nor did I have a drink at the rooftop bar. This will be for next time. I recommend this place in all respects.

I really nice hotel for me to visit the. Mazda museum and have a stop over in a long motorcycle trip ... with a nice car park underneath although I did find it very expensive parking for one overnight ..

Overall a good value for money. The appearance of the hotel is nice but the towels could have a better quality to make the experience better.

n. hotel. Hard to say how far it is to the center of Augsburg as it was difficult to establish where the center was if there really was a center at all. Top tip....drive past the Leonardo parking garage and you'll find a free parking area just a few minutes walk away.

Everything was really nice, starting from coming to the hotel to leaving the hotel. Hope to come sometime again.

All good, clean, good bed, friendly staff.

I have visited this hotel many times before and the standard is very decent. However, the same two points annoy me time and time again. The standard pillows are terrible as they feel like an inflated balloon. Initially, they are too thick to sleep, but thy deflate once body weight is applied to them but inflate again once the weight is removed. I don't think these pillows are comfortable for good sleep and I have had better ones in other hotels. Apart from this, there's only the speed of the WiFi that could be improved. The rooms are all in great condition, clean and tidy, and the size is about right. I happily return everything, because the hotel's standard is better than most hotels in this city, the price is about right, and the location is convenient for access to public transport. I happily recommend this hotel and will likely return again.

Large but very comfortable hotel. The rooms are large, modern and very well appointed with comfortable beds and a superb shower - exactly what you need. All of the staff were very polite and friendly and extremely helpful, especially Viktoria and Toby in the bar. Security was very efficient with a room key required to operate the lift (and then only to the floor where your room is located) and a secured basement car park. The bathroom light was very bright, but with a glass door to the bathroom some kind of bathroom nightlight would be useful for those of us that need to make nocturnal visits.

Super Seminarhotel

First stay in Leonardo Hotel Augsburg, it was a good satisfactory experience. The rooms are right size and fully equipped. There is a nearby tram station across the street, otherwise it's a nice 20 min walk to the city center and was walking distance to work. The breakfast buffet had big varieties suiting most people. The staff was very nice. One small recommendation: only one water bottle was put in the room on the first day, it is customary to put a new one every day for same hotel standards.

Breakfast lounge was a little bit overcorwded. But remembering the date (01.01.) - it's totally normal and accepted

Perfect location, nice and wide garage with EC charger, selection of breakfast is amazing, bar and drinks are professional :)
