From Jerusalem - Take the ramp onto Route 1 and than take the exit toward route 431 and stay left at the fork and merge onto Route 431. Take the exit and turn left toward route 40 and turn right onto “Derech Menachem Begin”. Continue onto “HaMada street” and turn left onto “Prof. A.D Bergman street”. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto “Prof. Hillel Oppenheimer street” where the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rehovot is located.
From Tel Aviv - From Hashalom interchange, take the exit of Ayalon Darom to route 20. Slight right onto route 431 and take the exit toward Hertsel street (route 412). Slight right at the fork to continue toward Hertsel street. Turn left onto Prof. Hillel Vehanan Oppenheimer where the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rehovot is located.

From Ben Gurion Airport by bus - Take the bus 5 to El Al junction at Terminal 3. From El Al junction please change to bus 249 to Bilu junction then change to bus line 26 to Rehovot train station next to the Leonardo Boutique Hotel at 2 Oppenheimer street.
From Ben Gurion Airport by train - From Terminal 3 take the train directly to Tel Aviv – Hahagana station. From "Hagana" change train to the Rehovot station. The Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rehovot is in the 2 Oppenheimer street located across from the train station.
From Jerusalem by train - Take the train from Malha train station in Jerusalem to Rehovot train station (North exit).
From Tel Aviv by train - Take the train from HaShalom Tel Aviv train station directly to Rehovot train station (North exit).
