We zijn zeer tevreden over het vriendelijke personeel en het ontbijt was super!! Binnen 5 minuten ben je met de trein of metro in het centrum

Een prachtig hotel met prettige medewerkers. Wij melden dat het erg kous was op onze kamer en binnen 10 minuten was er iemand om er wat aan te doen! prima sevice dus. wij zullen zeker in de toekomst nog eens terug komen. de hartelijke groeten.

-zwembad water heeft ijskoud -komkommers bij ontbijt waren niet vers meer -kamers zijn niet even groot,alhoewel de prijs hetzefde bedraagt,en ze zijn ook niet gelijk bemeubeld -rookkamers moeten voorzien zijn van asbakken

In der Hotelbar wurde den Gästen Bier serviert, dass bereits über 30 Minuten abgestanden war. Es wurde Bier aus mehreren Resten zusammmengeschüttet und Gläser vor dem Servieren mit einem Wischlappen abgewischt. Sehr ekelig!!!! und eines 4 Sterne Hauses unwürdig.

- Reservierung nur per Kreditkarte möglich, keine anderen Reservierungsmöglichkeiten. - kalter Swimmingpool, nur ein warmer Pool ist sinnvoll - "Duschvorhang" mangelhaft, das ganze Bad ist nach dem Duschen überflutet - sehr freundliches Personal, besonders die Reinigungskräfte! - ein Angestellter am Empfang ist zu wenig, insbesondere bei An-/Abreisezeit -> lange Wartezeiten für Gäste - Frühstück ist ein bisschen unübersichtlich gestaltet - schlechte Informationen der Angestellten am Empfang über S-Bahn-Tickets (Mitarbeiter wussten nicht, wo der nächste Automat steht, bzw. dass Tickets im Kiosk zu bekommen sind) - keine Lüftung im Bad - Parkgebühren sind relativ hoch
