Die Zimmerkontrolle könnte verbessert werden. So war in meinem Zimmer die Steckdose der Heizung im Bad locker. Es hat mich zwar nicht gestört, aber mit ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeiten würden solche Kleinigkeiten sicherlich nicht übersehen werden.

Die Reservierung über die zentrale Reservierungsstelle ist sehr umständlich. Auch die Aufforderung, Formulare per Hand auszufüllen und zu faxen kenne ich von anderen Hotels so nicht. Geht das bei Ihnen in der heutigen Zeit nicht einfacher????

sehr zufrieden! Wir sind spät in der Nacht,gegen 3 Uhr,angekommen und trotzdem wurden wir zum Hotel gefahren. Der service war sehr gut und allgemein sehr freundlich. Ein Babybett wurde uns sofort bereitgestellt. Alles sauber und trotz Rollstuhl und babybett war noch ausreichend Platz. Information zum LeonardoAdvangeclub wurde uns angeboten wir wahren aber zu müde. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Preis leistungsverhältniss war in Ordnung, könnte etwas günstiger sein

Finding the shuttle bus at the airport on arrival was a little complicated and the "telephone" in the terminal took several attempts before it worked. Everything else was fine.

WE DISLIKED THE KIND OF MATTRESS PROTECTOR USED IN ROOM 516 AS THEY MAKE IT UNCONFORTUBLE IN HOT WEATHER TO SLEEP. OUT OF THREE BREAKFASTS ORDERD,THE SUNDAY BREAKFAST WAS DISAPOINTING AS IT WAS A REDUCED CHOICE AND WHAT SEAMED TO BE A COST EFECTIVE MENU, PROBEBLY DUE TO A COACH PARTY THAT WAS BOOKED IN (SUNDAY BREAKFAST, NO ENGLISH TEA, SALMON, SASUAGE, CROISSANT ALL PRESENT ON SATURDAY AND MONDAY) FRONT DESK & SHUTLE BUSS STAFF ARE A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY. DINING ROOM STAFF MOST POLITE AND EFFICIANT. EXCELENT EVENING MEALS. WE WILL USE AGAIN.
