Am Morgen nur Kaltwasser zum Duschen ist so ziemlich das Schlimmste was einem passieren kann, noch dazu wenn das Zimmer über 250,-- SFR kostet !!!!

bel diesem Aufenthalt, Staubbälle und Putzmittelreste. Beim Letzten, WC völlig unsauber... dies darf nirgendwo passieren!

My friend & I had an evening meal in your restaurant on Wednesday 24th October 2012 and we were disappointed at the poor quality of the meal. I felt somewhat nauseated afterwards. Also most hotels give a complimentary bottle of water each evening. I had to ask for one and although was given it free of charge, I was told it is given only to group bookings. This is very mean to your customers.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans la magique chambre no 308. Si nous avions pu nous serions rester une ou deux nuits de plus...la prochaine fois. L'hôtel est bien situé, tranquille et fort agréable. A bientôt. Simone E bbing

Heizkörper war 2/3 kalt, Nachttischlampe defekt, Lt. Gästeinfomappe gibt es einen 24 Std. Essen-Zimmerservice (Mo - So),habe Kl. 500 innerhalb von 20 Minuten 3x angerufen - jedesmal mindestens 20 x läuten lassen - keiner hat abgehoben! Als ich selbst zur Rezeption ging, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es am Sonntag kein Essen-Zimmerservice gibt. - Man sollte dieses Blatt aus dem Ordner entfernen oder aktualisieren!!! Da Klappe 500 auch für Arzt und Notfälle angegeben ist, finde ich das etwas gefährlich, wenn ein Gast einen medizinischen Notfall erleidet. Man sollte überlegen dafür eine eigene Klappe einzurichten, wo dann auch schnell wer abhebt!!! Beim Frühstück wäre es gut, wenn ein Gast Kaffee bestellt, dass er eine kleine Kanne hingestellt bekommt und nicht vom Servicepersonal die Kanne von anderen Tischen geholt werden muss, wenn man eine zweite Tasse Kaffee trinken will.

i was impressive by the good job being done at Booking.com, but when after I check-in, the room was not clean as the bottom at the bed the ash was still there; and the internet was so bad even there was no apologize from management team for a simple customer complain.
