i was impressive by the good job being done at Booking.com, but when after I check-in, the room was not clean as the bottom at the bed the ash was still there; and the internet was so bad even there was no apologize from management team for a simple customer complain.

3rd floor on my last visit had no shoe polisher, I asked for it and was never there. Bar, the bard lady did not know her bar, did not know if there were power plugs, did not know the name of the bottles she has on the bar and didn't charge the CreditCard machine, ran out of battery when printing ...

Bar, the bard lady did not know her bar, did not know if there were power plugs, did not know the name of the bottles she has on the bar and didn't charge the CreditCard machine, ran out of battery when printing my copy. Other than that is a nice Hotel.
