I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Hotel Zurich, I can say the plus point of the hotel are the staff at the reception who are very helpful and friendly, and another plus point is the tram station which is just a minute's walk from the hotel, during my next trip whereever possible I will give first preference of staying at Leonardo Hotels, and as I am a member of tripadvisor group therefore I will eecommend Leonardo Hotel Zurich to other members through the group once I am back to my country Tanzania.

Perfect stay: nice room, friendly personnel and excellent breakfast. Only minus was the tidiness of the floors in our room. Bathroom was clean.

I stayed at Leonardo Hotel in Zurich. The people were great, really nice and helpful staff. The breakfast should have more vegetarian options, it was annoying to find eggs and bacon kept in the same pan. Also my internet didn't work, and after numerous calls and requests to the Iban it worked. The bathroom door didn't close properly, there was always an opening and that was annoying. We stayed at the Rigihoff booked through a travel agent and rebooked the same hotel when our plans chneged and we needed an extra night later in our travels. The staff are excellent and the rooms neat and clean. I have joined the advantage club and will be recommend Leonardo hotels to my associates for when they travel in europe.
