Excellent Hotel and staff. I would thoroughly recommend to friends.

Everything was great at the hotel, except for the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable. The Mattresses were more like US box springs which are not meant for sleeping. We had a very difficult time sleeping. This is the reason for the low score on the tidiness and condition of room above. Otherwise, you have a wonderful hotel.

I used two three night vouchers for five nights. The last night was not used. I hope that I can use the last remaining night some time in the future?? thank you

I was on a tight schedule when I left the hotel so I could not give feedback at that time. I was very dissatisfied with a number of things. The space at the hotel is wonderful, but the decor of the room was old and needed to be redone; the carpet was stained, the walls needed to be repainted, etc. The drain in the shower did not work properly. We needed to turn the water off during the shower to prevent a flood in the bathroom. This was not fixed even though we told the front desk about the problem. Telephone service to the hotel did not work for a while, unfortunately at the same time I was trying to contact my wife to make a plan to meet her. This was very unfortunate and delayed a business meeting by one-half hour. Finally, I was surprised that there is no wireless internet in the room. This was another indication that the hotel is behind the times. Given everything that happened, I expected the hotel to say something about the difficulties, perhaps make a gesture of some sort. I am sure the hotel was first class at some time but it is not now. I was disappointed.

very pretty and presentable receptionists and very good knowledge The breakfast was not so good and for 5* needed improvement. thank you

The staff was wonderful, but our room was not. It had stains on the furniture and the carpet was dirty. Much of the furniture was worn.
