We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Zurich and staying at the Alden. The property and the staff was exceptional. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. The amenities provided were truly appreciated.....the fresh fruit, bottled water, and of course the wonderful chocolate.On our return to Zurich we ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Zurich and staying at the Alden. The property and the staff was exceptional. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. The amenities provided were truly appreciated.....the fresh fruit, bottled water, and of course the wonderful chocolate.On our return to Zurich we would not hesitate to stay at the Alden again. The only time the quality of the Hotel's servive fell below its high standards was at breakfast when the young waitresses seeme more intent on gossiping amongst themselves than attending tour order correctly and efficiently this the explanation for the low assessment above.
