Berlin, February 2010 – Leonardo Hotels currently manages more than 30 renowned establishments - but for David Fattal, Managing Director of Fattal Hotels, this is no longer enough. Consequently, there has been the opportunity since February to privately run Leonardo Hotels as a franchise in Germany, Belgium, Italy and in the Netherlands. Daniel Roger, General Manager at Leonardo Hotels, explains: "In addition to the internationally recognised "Leonardo Hotels" brand, interested parties most notably benefit from the comprehensive sales, the marketing and PR strategies, the well designed and simple reservation system and the successfully tested Leonardo Hotels process management system."

Unlike other hotel chains where such a re-branding process would imply a costly and time-intensive reorganisation and restructuring process, Leonardo Hotels creates the circumstances for those interested to become franchisees without losing their own individual charm and character, or indeed their own name. As well as complying with the current national hotel standards and the straightforward Leonardo Hotel brand standards, the commitment and passion of the franchisee and the search for on-going improvement are what count.
