The Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin offers an enhanced guest service with its exclusive VIP-lounge, which offers a breathtaking view of the Berlin Television Tower. The building will comprise ten storeys plus one basement – it will feature a staggered echelon formation from the sixth storey upwards - an architectural aspect that represents the building’s appeal. The interior design will stand out due to a symbiosis of gastronomy, real estate and hotel. It will comprise 310 rooms with a luxurious VIP lounge for special events (150 sqm), an elegant spa and wellness area (150 sqm) and a conference area with a total area of 160 sqm.
