Forgot to get your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB points credited?
Your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB points are usually credited when providing your member ID latest at the time of check-out. In case your points were not added to your profile or you missed to provide your member ID, points can be credited retroactively after your stay in one of our Leonardo Hotels. It is important that you have already registered as a member of Leonardo AdvantageCLUB during your stay.
Only direct reservations booked via Leonardo Hotels official website or by phone, fax, e-mail, central reservations offices are eligible for points or miles collection. Please note that it might take up to two weeks until the new reservation will be added to your account. The easiest way to get your points or miles credited automatically to your AdvantageCLUB member profile after check-out is to book via Leonardo Hotels website while being logged into your personal AdvantageCLUB account.
