Forgot to get your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB points credited?

Your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB points are usually credited automatically when providing your member ID latest at the time of your check-out. In case the points were not credited or you missed to provide your member ID, points can be retroactive credited after staying in one of our Leonardo Hotels. It is important that you have already been a member of the loyalty program during your stay.
