Excellent breakfast. In-room Safety box operation instructions only in Hebrew (English would be needed). Sound insulation in windows and doors not very good.

I was trying to contact your office from last two days but couldn't.
When I checked in your hotel your reservation desk has taken my credit card and , I believe that they have Taken about $ 25 Plus as advance in case there is some additional expenses. We haven't taken any extras during our ...

I was trying to contact your office from last two days but couldn't.
When I checked in your hotel your reservation desk has taken my credit card and , I believe that they have Taken about $ 25 Plus as advance in case there is some additional expenses. We haven't taken any extras during our stay for three days in your hotel.
At the time of vacation your office has not given us credit back to our credit card account.
Please check your records and give us credit back the amount that you have taken as advance.
