Sir, I was trying to contact your office from last two days but couldn't. When I checked in your hotel your reservation desk has taken my credit card and , I believe that they have Taken about $ 25 Plus as advance in case there is some additional expenses. We haven't taken any extras during our ...

When I checked in your hotel your reservation desk has taken my credit card and , I believe that they have Taken about $ 25 Plus as advance in case there is some additional expenses. We haven't taken any extras during our stay for three days in your hotel. At the time of vacation your office has not given us credit back to our credit card account.
