THERE WAS SOME REFURBISHING WORK AT THE HOTEL, IT WAS VERY NOISY EVEN ON THE 15TH FLOOR ONE COULD HEAR IT. I SUGGEST YOU MENTION ON YOUR WEBSITE WHEN YOU WILL BE REFURBISHING SO YOUR CLIENTS KNOW. IF A GUEST IS NOT PLANNING TO BE IN THE ROOM MOST OF THE DAY, ITS NOT A PROBLEM SINCE THE WORK IS ...

BUT IF A GUEST IS PLANNING TO BE IN THE HOTEL RELAXING IN THE MORNING AND HE IS WOKEN UP WITH THIS NOISE AT 8AM ITS TERRIBLE!
