In general, the staff had an unpleasant attitude. Yossi was the only helpful staff member. WE rented a car and we found out how difficult it was to drive to the hotel, because there are NO signs to tell us that we had to drive thru an under groung parking garage, that had no signs to tell you what ramp to take to take to go the Herod's.

room a little bit noisy

Air Conditioner only served as a heater. Many travelers like me prefer to have a cool room during night even if it is cold outside. Not being able to make the room cool was a big problem. There are no bedside lamps to read or work with laptop.
