The only complaint i have is, I decided to come in one day early, the associate Guy was terrific. I was quoted a price, I told them that there were 3 of us. After going to our room I recieved a call from the desk and asked if I could come down due to a computer failer, I had no problem. When I got down to the desk I was told the the quoted price was inncorrect and the new price more the one additional night was changing by $100 or so. The quoted price should have remained the price and the employees should have excepted that they made the error and shouldn't have passed it on to me. I'm in the customer service business they should have taken ownership and kept the price as was.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you
