Best quality Israeli breakfast ever in my 27 years of my frequent travels to Israel. Front desk staff very nice and efficient. For a boutique hotel, could have better soaps, shampoo and all. Attendant in the 10th floor hospitality room very nice and helpful. Linens could be a higher count but the current linens just fine. Spa services would be nice. A few more upgrades and this hotel could be on the level of David's Citadel in Jerusalem.

The people at the front desk said I was to get a breakfast included with the room rate. I found out later that it was not included. One breakfast was not complete as I asked for butter to eat but they said I had to wait until it was defrosted. I finished my breakfast and left for a business meeting before the butter was delivered. Nice location and the personnel were very nice.

I was disappointed during my last stay at Leonardo. I had a pleasant time at the Leonardo City Tower last month at Tel Aviv, but the Rehovot branch was a disappointment. 1. The bathroom had a terrible smell (room 920 I believe). 2. I had ordered room service for breakfast during check in and it wasn't delivered; in fact, the desk gave us a different price in the morning than last night (and after confronting the desk in the morning they clarified with the night shift and gave us the agreed price). 3. The breakfast that arrived (finally!) was cold. All in all the staff were nice and helpful, but the smell in the bathroom turned us off. I chose to stay at Leonardo because of a previous nice stay, but don't know if I will again.

According to our host (Weizmann Institute of Science), who has a contract with Leonardo, the hotel's Wifi should have been included in the room price. This was double checked during our stay and confirmed by our host. Unfortunately, during checkout I was told that I had to pay for the Wifi - this turned out to be far too expensive ($65 for four nights) for the amount of usage I made. Something in the communication clearly did not work out and I was quite upset by the outcome.

My room was very nice and new but, incredible to say, there non wardrobe, not even a small one! I didn't know were to hang up my coats, dress, pants and I had to stay for 5 nights! I think that they should have checked that and give me another room. When I asked them to change the room they didn't succeedd with strange motivations. The room was quite cold (around 16 degrees). When in the room it was possible to heat more but, leaving the room in the morning and taking out the electronic key, the heathing stopped and resumed olny when back at night. But it was very unpleasant to stay in a cold room before it was again warmer. I think that the hotel was opened too early with respect to the completion of all the works in the building. The rooms were cleaned quite well but some corridors were not as well keeped as it should have. I think also that the personnel was not trained too well to react quickly to the needs of the clients. It is a pity. I really had the impression that people was not well coordinated too. I also think that the politics not to give free internet in a, mainly, business hotel, it is not at all a good one. It is a nice hotel. Need to be organized and kept better. The breakfast was very good. And the 10th floor lounge free bar was also very good and nice.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful but, I would ewspecially like to commend the attentiveness of the young girl who looked after my wife and I on the Wednesday evening in the business lounge/bar and the young girl who looked after us on the Wednesday & Thursday mornings of our stay at breakfast as she had recalled what tea I liked and how I liked it served on the secoind day which was most impresive. I would definitely stay at your hotel again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends and busines colleagues. Kindest regards Toby D. Luper
