.first the executive lounge was very basic. Had trouble with info on travel between Jerusalem and telaviv was given wrong information and guest agent made it seem like my fault. All So left a travel pillow in lobby. Called hotel and said they would call back. Never did. Customer service lacking. ...

All So left a travel pillow in lobby. Called hotel and said they would call back. Never did. Customer service lacking. They seemed short staffed. Would definitely go elsewhere next time. un des seuls hotels glatt kosher de jerusalem ,pourtant le chabat n'y est pas organise ! j'aurais souhaite un chabat organise comme dans les autres lieux glatt kosher : samedi matin = buffet + cafe puis vers 11:00 heurs un repas bassari et vers 16:00 une seouda chlichit. = une organisation ...

un des seuls hotels glatt kosher de jerusalem ,pourtant le chabat n'y est pas organise ! j'aurais souhaite un chabat organise comme dans les autres lieux glatt kosher : samedi matin = buffet + cafe puis vers 11:00 heurs un repas bassari et vers 16:00 une seouda chlichit. = une organisation differente des autres jours car le chabat est un jour different. comme rien ou presque n'est prevu, il faut se presser de rentrer a l'hotel pour pouvoir faire du petit dejeuner, le repas de midi , halavi ! ou attendre le repas prevu plus tard mais apres hatsot !! dommage....

My stay at the hotel was perfect. The room was beautiful. One problem. I had asked for a small fridge for the room which was not there when I arrived. I came back to the room later and found the fridge in front of the clothes closet. Now I could not get into the closet. I had to move the fridge to another place. Wasn't easy for me. I wish to thank you Roni Ternuver for assistance with all my needs. A very professional, kind man. Thank you.

On my second stay at the hotel, I was quite disappointed in the room. There was something ultra nice about the first room I stayed in - Room 2011. The room, the bathroom were beautiful. The room I was put in now was not as impressive. The bathroom was not to my liking at all. The sink had patches of cement where it had been fixed. The soap dish and handle were rusted and the shower was not as strong as in the first room. The bathtub in this room is way too high. Very difficult to get into and out. This was Room 1217. Since I checked in around 11 PM nothing could be done at that hour to change the room. I was told to wait till the morning. That was fine. Again there was no refrigerator in the room as requested. The next day Roni worked on switching my room. I was moved to Room 1817. The same line as Room 1217. This room was a bit better but the bathroom was still not like Room 2011. I thought that bathroom was more modern. I was told Rooms 1217 and 1817 are brand new rooms. Not impressed. Roni Ternuver was extremely helpful at all times to me. Especially when I changed rooms. He is courteous and professional. I knew if something was needed, he would take care of me. The breakfasts were very impressive to look at and delicious.
