On my second stay at the hotel, I was quite disappointed in the room. There was something ultra nice about the first room I stayed in - Room 2011. The room, the bathroom were beautiful. The room I was put in now was not as impressive. The bathroom was not to my liking at all. The sink had patches of cement where it had been fixed. The soap dish and handle were rusted and the shower was not as strong as in the first room. The bathtub in this room is way too high. Very difficult to get into and out. This was Room 1217. Since I checked in around 11 PM nothing could be done at that hour to change the room. I was told to wait till the morning. That was fine. Again there was no refrigerator in the room as requested. The next day Roni worked on switching my room. I was moved to Room 1817. The same line as Room 1217. This room was a bit better but the bathroom was still not like Room 2011. I thought that bathroom was more modern. I was told Rooms 1217 and 1817 are brand new rooms. Not impressed. Roni Ternuver was extremely helpful at all times to me. Especially when I changed rooms. He is courteous and professional. I knew if something was needed, he would take care of me. The breakfasts were very impressive to look at and delicious.

Mit der Bedienung in der Lobbybar war ich sehr unzufrieden. Obwohl genügend Personal hinter der Bar vorhanden war und wenige Gäste anwesend waren sind wir A) bei unseren ersten Besuch n i c h t bedient worden, so dass wir nach 20 Minuten die Lobby unbedient verlassen und uns anderswo verpflegt haben. B)Beim nächsten Besuch in der Lobby zusammen mit Freunden, mussten wir mehmals nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit nachfragen, ob wir überhaupt werden??? Schlussendlich hat sich ein Kellner zu uns bequemt, so dass wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Neben Suppe, haben wir für 4 Personen Spaghetti, 4 Milchshake Mineralwasser, Cafe ect.bestellt, wobei wir den Cafe mehrmals anmahnen mussten, da dieser nicht zum Tisch gebracht wurde. Suppe wurde auch nicht serviert, sondern direkt die Spaghetti, doch auf der Rechnung war dann die Suppe trotzdem aufgeführt. Seit über 30 Jahren sind wir Gast Ihres Hotels, doch einen solch schlechten Service haben wir noch nie gehabt.

We really enjoyed the hotel very much. One very bothering point, I think that free wi fi Internet is essential. It is absulotly rediculass that I could not get my mail in the room.

The smell in the lobby is sickening! WE all felt nauseous whenever we were in the lobby. When we commented to the manager, he was extremely snarky and unpleasant about it, suggesting that there were people who enjoyed the obnoxious smell. Believe me, NO-ONE enjoys that smell.

Was very impressed with the reservations of the hotel as I reserved the room by phone from U.S. FOR MY CHILDREN. THEY WERE RELIABLE AND GAVE EVERYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO VISITING THE HOLY LAND AND STAYING AT YOUR HOTE.

The room bathrooms neeed to be redone/updated/upgrade/fixed. 4-5 tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. The sink was very slow to empty . The bathroom cutain was dirty. The air conditioning did not cool the room enough even though it was running all the time. The fitness center location was embarassingly inadequate, in a last-minute put-together room in the lower floor with minimal insufficient equipment. The eliptical trainer did not properly work even at the lowest level, as if it needed lubrication or repair/teplacement.
