The rooms are completely outdated. The hotel is highly overpriced for what it is.
Also a 2 bedroom suite should have more than one bathroom (for 5 people!).
Employees often did not understand what we were asking for. Front desk never answered the phone. No way to dial housekeeping or room service directly.
Often items listed on menu were not available. Not enough menu items for children.
Rooms smelled like mildew. Rooms were not cleaned well during the day. Balcony doors did not lock.
Bathroom was dirty/worn, mold, stuff broken, tub flooded hallway.
Moldy smell in rooms and hallway.
Room was not set up as told initially via phone.
Lounge was to be included but initially not,
Area outside pool before gate is not clean/safe
Lifeguard was not watching and not quick to answer gate when ring
Lobby food situation - items on menu weren't available. couldnt tell us why. finally chef came up to explain and made what kids wanted.
