Leonardo Hotel Negev - Guests Reviews(1-10/72)

My room had a double door to another room. Through it came every single word the neighbor said, and the smoke as he was constantly puffing on cigarettes. It was disgusting. After 9pm no food anywhere in the hotel??? The hot water in the shower went too hot, too cold, too hot, too cold, etc It was impossible to enjoy a shower. The windows were disgusting. Many things are broken or half broken. The hangers for my clothes were in bad shape and actually broke one of my trousers.

Very nice stay but insufficient bedside lighting to enable to read in bed. Insufficient lighting in the room generally.

Although staff are very good, the quality of the rooms are far below anything acceptable. I knew this and therefore reserved the junior suite room. Unfortunately these rooms are also deplorable at 170 USD per night. I complained and was instead offered a standard room on the Business floor which was acceptable. I would return under a similar arrangement again.
