Leonardo Hotel Budapest - Guests Reviews(311-320/420)

We had room 122 and This is the smalest room in the building. It was dusty and their was spiderwebs in the corners of the room. We went to de reception to complain about the room but he told us it was a standard room. We have talked people who also booked by Kras and their room was a lot bigger. He wasn'nt hounust to us. Whe have also complaind to Kras. I told my whife that my car had a better place to stay than us. I hope you respond to this. I'm very disapointed in your hotel/room.

Leonardo Hotel Budapest is perfect placed - in a area which is not that "touristed". But it is not a hotel for private tourists, because the standard equels, what the travelling compagnies are willing to pay for. May be it is a four star hotel, but the stars are pretty small and allmost antiques the hotel needs a fundamental renovation. Best regards Torben Hoejsbo, Denmark.
