Could not have asked for a better hotel in Budapest - also the restaurant was excellent well priced and quality meals - would definitely look to book a leonardo hotel for future breaks :)

Wir haben bei der Rezeption Postkarten (mit passender Briefmarke für Europa) abgegeben, weil die Dame dort gesagt hat, dass Sie sich um das Aufgeben bei der Post kümmert. Die Karten sind aber bis jetzt (3 Wochen später) noch nicht angekommen. Die Frage ist, liegen die Karten noch im Hotel oder hat die Post diese verloren?

I requested a double bed for single use via the booking web site but was allocated a twin..... so notice wasn't taken of this....the room was clearly not one that had been photographed on Booking.Com. which was part of the hotel's attraction.The bottom of the bathroom door was very scratched .Clearly this was not one of the renovated rooms although a flat screen TV had been added by way of updating it. Apart from that, the room and bedding were acceptably clean. Regarding the staff, who were all polite and helpful ,I was particularly impressed by the way breakfast was managed . The waiting staff were constantly busy replenishing stocks, sweeping up crumbs and always looked for the next hob to be done. The manageress was always visibly available on duty, aware of everything going on and was beautifully groomed and dressed.This made a great impression I thought, and could teach us in the UK a few things on presentation in the dining room!!!! i wanted to stay longer to see more of her wardrobe!! The gentleman who checked us into the dining room was efficient and polite and there seemed a good rapport between these two individuals and with the waiting staff.It was good to see smiles, especially first thing in the morning! There was an impressive choice at breakfast. If it may help, a small point but worth making ,that the plates could be warm for the hot buffet as the food cools so fast on cold ones and thats a shame! I noticed a guest asking a waiter to clean some spilled food on the buffet which he quickly put right but really, every surface was kept very clean, hard to do with so many people helping themselves. Thankyou so much for 3 enjoyable breakfasts,well above average in my experience. If I return, I shall ask for a renovated room which looks fresher and brighter in decor.

Da ich mich vegan ernähre wäre beim Frühstück Sojamilch für´s Müsli fein. Sehr freundliche und effiziente Bedienung. Komme gerne wieder.

The only remark might be that I booked a non-smoker room and received smokers room - judging by the ashtray on the table and "smoke smell" of the room. As a former smoker I did not mind this, feeling some kind of "nostalgia", and therefore did not initiate any room exchange, it may be a problem for some people though. Otherwise this was very pleasant experience.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, à proximité d'un petit parc. On peut se rendre à pied au bord du Danube pour s'y promener et admirer les beaux monuments qui le bordent. Le petit déjeuner en self service propose une multitude de choix pour satisfaire les plus exigeants, sucré salé, viennoiseries, bon pain, fruits frais, laitages etc.
